  ​@evos469 Can you imagine being accused of cheating when you did no such thing? All for the crime of having different genetics from your partner? The lesson here isn't that breaking up over it shows guilt. The asking to begin with shows a lack of trust and accusing someone of cheating is one way that trust never gets earned back on BOTH sides. I can understand if the baby has NO traits that can be traced back to one or both parents to be suspicious, but Idk what you're talking about. If you were listening to the story at all, he most likely asked for one just becuase the daughters hair wasn't blonde, a recessive gene that usually gets overridden by a more dominant one.

  I remember this one. Basically the father thinks the bf is lazy and doesn't make as much money as his daughter and is unworthy of her. Nothing the bf does gets through to the father and he continues disliking him. During a dinner or something, the father describes a house in the neighborhood that is his dream house. Bf buys the house himself because hes actually pretty rich. Fathers b-day comes up and bf takes the father to the house. Father thinks thats the b-day surprise. Bf says nope, its my new house. Father is visibly upset and feels a fool, until bf says hes joking and gives the house to the father. Father now loves the bf. The end.

  Fil wanted to set up his daughter with someone else. Daughter didn’t want to and OP asked fil what his problem was.
