Greetings Aberba, care to show pictorial evidence or any form of demonstration on plastering.
Hello sir, if you have already completed the foundation, can you now add water repellent on your cement mixer for plastering for some benefit? 😢
Thanks so much for making such content. Do more reviews of the apsonic series especially the gy-9. God bless

That’s an orbital sander, very different from a rotary sander.
@@siegesouth yes my bad. It's a random orbital sander. I have a rotary sander too.
Greetings Aberba: Excellent content. Thank you for this wonderful insights.
Glad you find it informative. More coming
Oh my god, someone who isn't firing 8,000,000 brad nails in to make sure the draw doesn't come apart easily.
Thanks, I used a few screws at the bottom to reinforced the bottom panel. But the brad nails hold pretty well.
Do you wirk on the house part time?
Yes
How many years will u take to finish project?
Not sure 😂
@@aberba 😂😂😂. It will get done is all that matters
Beautiful large windows
Nice Work 👍🏾are you in Accra..please can I have ur number 🙏🏾
No... contact in my channel description
@aberba no please I didn't see your contact or maybe you don't share your contact
Hello nice video👍🏾... Please can i have your number...thank you
Very informative. I have had to scrap bits and pieces of information about rising dump issues in Ghana and what the pros and wonna be pros are saying about it. This really covers it in a lay mans views. Nice work 👍. What would you recommend when no dumproofing was installed? Can it be done during screeding?
Great question. That's what I'll address in my next rising damp video. Stay tuned. There are several options for fixing existing rising damp issue
We want solutions on the defects now not long video which is not giving comfort..
Giving you comfort wasn't the purpose of the video. It says how to "prevent" rising damp. Not how to "fix" rising damp.
Thank you
@@yawohene3521 If your building is experiencing rising damp, stay tuned. I will address that in my next rising damp video.
Talent!
Lovely explanation. Much better than by professional surveyors.
Glad you think so!
Well explained.
Very important

The Chain Was Too Loose
You may be right. I've recently noticed the chain gets loose by itself. There's too much plastic in there so the bolt doesn't hold that firm.
You bought it from where
From Pora Ventures in Accra
I knew animatic would eliminate him
Okay thank you Mine is AP200GY-9
Interesting. I heard it was much lighter. I've seen it but haven't taken a ride on one yet.
Please confirm if you used the full can of the oil treatment.
Yes, for this specific motorcycle (AP200gy7). It's 0.44 liters in content. Oil is 1 liter. Making 1.44 liters in total. Note that the manufacturer recommends 1 liter of oil but I've figured the 1.44 liters mixture works just fine, especially with the treatment. The oil doesn't become watery easily, extending its lifespan, and minimizing engine wear and tear. At least in my experience... also recommended by my mechanic. Also heavy bikes require some form of oil treatment or special engine oil.
Thanks for the video. Please I have a question. What is your wall is plastered and it’s old so there’s dark green/black in it. What can you do before plastering to prevent damping and mold?
There are mould treatment products on the market that will kill those green algae. The algae turns dark when it dies. Sometimes you don't have a rising damp problem, just mould. Sometimes you have both. Moulding can look like a damp issue so make sure to diagnose the problem well to decide on the right fix. Moulds are like small plants that grow on moist surfaces and can be killed by painting with a treatment.
Please, how much is your drywall sander ?
Was about GHS 1800 2yrs ago
I think installing it after plastering will save the mess.
Installing after plastering will leave gaps for insects and lizards to crawl in. The plastering will seal all those gaps.
Looking good!
Thanks!
I need to talk to you. How can I get to you?

Hmmm, how about the exposed area from the foundation up to the first membrane layer.
That's not damp proofed in the video. You can damp proof the foundation as well if you want. There's a whole different way to do that.
❤Hi can I borrow this machine 😊
Wow- you really have tried 🎉
Thanks
I'm learning too by doing it myself
❤Hi
Makes sense!
How big is ur compressor ?
My compressor is actually small. It's a 24L 2hp compressor. I'm using the LVLP spray gun since it's meant for small compressors.
Whats the dimensions of the house? Thats a lot but good looking soil
House 260m². Yes it's a lot of soil to dig out 😅 24 inches depth. This trench is for the perimeter wall though
Man I Love these videos. When I build, I'm looking you up.
Thanks 🙏
Bahahahah what a hack job
Xellent lks like more insulation is needed tho?
Yes you're right. I only did the hard to reach side because the rest have tall enough space to finish installation after the ceiling is done. You've good a very keen eye 😅
Rock wool is a much better product and less fragile but it's too expensive.
