  Hi. I really like the colors on the first hen shown here. What breed? I liked all the vids I've seen of yours so far and gave each one a 👍. Sometimes, it's just great to see the owner really interacting with their chickens. Now I want chickens too! Lol

  Just subscribed to your channel Craig...it is great. What hatchery do you purchase your chicks from and in your opinion...what is the best all around docile dual purpose reasonably producing layer breed of chicken? Prefer one that is not real broody. Thanks.

  We have 13 that are 1 week old. They are in a storage bin in our living room. They are already flying up and perching on the top edge, if the top is left off. I will be building a 12 x 16 coop this weekend for them Thanks for sharing and letting us see what to expect.

  If there is more than 10 hens per Roo, they usually are too “busy” to bother fighting over girls. And these are Barred Rocks, the gentle type of Roo.
