  We actually asked him for a terrace mini Lilly pond garden set up he quoted the price and we paid him a total of 11 k three years back but within 2 days the plants in the pot set up were dead with a very bad foul smell and was fully infested with snails when told he said all plants will not come everywhere i will replace and we waited for 10 days daily we’ll call he’ll say i’ll come tomorrow this went on for 10 days so we gave him a negative feed back We were literally shocked by the way he was speaking all through voice messages and i still have it with whatsapp screen shots he started telling us you killed it you cannot even grown a plant you look educated and literally started abusing us when we asked for a detailed bill along with price for each and everything he kept there and guess what he did not give the bill till now cos he cheated us 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think he is not that educated to take up both postive and negative reviews if it’s a positive review he would praise the customer i guess all this positive reviews are paid reviews Just go to his google review and see how he answers to a genuine customers negative review he would just like that say you don’t know to grow plants or you cannot afford that ect One day for sure a customer will take legal action on him for the way he behaves with the customer And pls don’t get fooled by the offers he give worth for nothing We deeply regret for giving him the order after the mess we called the local nursery nearby and they quoted an acceptable price and cleared everything and again they redid the whole thing and now even after 3 years it’s in perfect shape

  Worst after sale customer experience- asked for a exchange as there was a peacock image (unfit for namaz)on saree border. The person on call was so rude, sometimes mistakes like this happens but he was not even ready to consider. btw that's saree of 20,000. Probably not visiting the store again. A brand is not only about quality, customer satisfaction also matters.
