    When you wash anything organic with tab water, no longer organic because we have a terrible and not healthy tab water🙈

    I do use lemon juice to cleanse my vegetables and fruits. Using vinegar is good but I don't like the after taste of vinegar in my fruits and vegetables.

    I did acupuncture and took herbs and my pain got wayyyy worse and my flow actually decreased (it was already light) and my flow stopped at two days verses four days. I don’t know if the herbs to push blood to my womb increased the endo even more. So I stopped the acupuncture and the herbs and have decided to work on vitamin and diet at this time. Thank you for this video.

    Thank god most people don't wash their fruit and veg. Or we would need a whole water system. Just for the water it would take

    Had my excision surgery 10 weeks ago and I was on dienogest progesterone only pills, but I’m seeing my gynecologist on Wednesday and my surgeon has recommended to switch to birth control. I hope that I will have the same results as you 🤞🏽

    I had options but was told because it's on my bowel too that I should try other options before the endo op. Because I could end up with a stoma bag!! And I dont want that.. So I'm trying the pill for 9 months. Then, do a scan to see if it stopped the growth. Fingers crossed! I'm on zelleta, 1 every day. So far, bleeding constantly and cramps on my left side. That's where the endo is worse. So, I'm not sure 😕

    This reminds me of Mark Bittman's Vegan Before 6pm diet which is similar ❤ basically plant-based meals- even if it's not EVERY meal- are the way to go for improved overall health!

    But if a doctor gets the wrong impression about you and documents it, that can cause devastating problems in your life and future treatment and no one believes a struggling sick woman over a doctor.

    Great information, if everything goes well this should do the job. But listen, there's one factor that's usually overlooked that can considerably speed up the process, unfortunately I do not have it at hand, but it can be go’ogled Dobbie Nerkstrol's Infertility Cure, I think.

  • @SherryM-jb7os
    @SherryM-jb7os2 ай бұрын

    Yep, no matter if you’ve been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

    Won’t this soften and loosen you up there? Thinking of what would happen to meat being steamed, even at a low temp…. It will soften and become tender…

    Your dinner looks gorgeous. I eat dark berries about 3/4 times a week, but I'm going to consider upping that following this video. I also eat greens every day but at dinner time- I need to not steam my veg as much so that I'm not losing as many of the nutrients! 😊

    I've been plant-based in the past but honestly I'm happier when I allow myself what I want and just CHOOSE to avoid things as and when I see fit. Most of the time, I make healthy choices. I find I don't work well with restrictions, either (even though I describe myself as an all or nothing person). The smoothie I drink on weekdays has lots of anti-inflammatory and fibre ingredients in it, so I'm happy about that. I just use water in my smoothies (or a herbal tea) to avoid the added sugars from store-bought fruit juices. Great video!

    I'm no longer fully plant-based but still try to limit/eliminate processed foods. I've stuck to not eating dairy and have recently stopped eating cereal to reduce my sugar content. Small changes here and there... hopefully I come across doing something that alleviates me endo pain!!!

  • @TheWellnessAbbey

    Same, I now use honey in my tea to reduce my sugar intake. I used to buy agave and add it to my smoothies but haven't done that in years. I'd use dates if making homemade almond milk 😊

    this is great- pluis any Asian market (like the one in Catonsville, African -Caribbean market in Randallstown, tc. / Spanish markets like the one on Potapsco or the combination markets like the HMart /etc sell tamarind. It is known to clean out the colon from the black sticky tar-looking waste that sticks to it. Guyanese babe here!
