I think Piquillacta must have been used for storing seeds and crops. I have always heard that the Inca created several thousand types of potatoes, as they engaged very actively in the method of genetic selection. So this must the the center for a large civilization, where measures are taken to enhance the crops.

Los Incas dejaron los Quipus . Eran como mandaban mensajes , relatos y mantenían cuentas, los españoles los quemaron todos los que pudieron y varios se perdieron con el tiempo, Ahun hay algunos que están concervados pero no sabemos cómo leerlos. Se perdió el idioma inca real.

Правильно , раньше храм был центр обучения и похоже древние не плохо знали анатомию и другие науки и прекрасно жили . Единственное , что интересно , что так долбануло , что все засыпано и землю с половины планеты содрало до песка . Видимо чудовищная катастрофа произошла и катакомбы по всей планете для выживания . К тому же во всех легендах люди путешествовали и прекрасно понимали друг друга , как хочется узнать , какой действительно когда то был мир на Земле .

You are using the "meter" as a reference. Do you mean, obviously not doing any research myself, these ancient structures were built by exact meters? Or is it an approximate? Because the meter is a unit chosen because it refers to a very specific calculation on the northern hemisphere size. Like the great pyramid at Gizeh is geodetically correct shaped to its position on the surface of the northern hemisphere. In other words: the builders of the great pyramid knew the exact size and shape of the earth long before western civs. Did these civilizations on this continent have those knowledge too?

I often like to think the explanation is stupefying simple like " it allows the driver to sleep and the donkeys will follow the route to ..." By itself. Or "no driver needed, donkey knows there's food at the end of the line".

Idk how I feel about preserving archaeological sites anymore. I used to think it was really important, but now I think we should just dig them up, go over it all with a fine comb, 3d map everything and make models, and then bulldoze to make room for the modern world.
