  Yesterday i lost a zerk with 500m i was at nmz when my acc disconnected and i tried to log back in it said account locked due to suspicious inactivity as i was recovering my account i could have reset the password but the email i made for the acc was made over 9 years ago( i did manage to link my main email to the account but jagex still used my old email for logins) and i remembered the password but if you haven't logged in to that email for over 2 years they lock you out even if you know your password, jagex is worthless they dont interact with us we deserve direct communication for putting thousands of hours in to this game they have 0 respect and people should start recking there events and harassing them in legal ways kinda like what antifa does

  Those early days were amazing, nothing was in the game, basic supplies were worth a fortune and skilling and PVM were both massive money makers. I remember making mils just from woodcutting and then fletching and alching or selling the bows.

  i played the most during this era, i was slightly late to the party (started in late 2007) but this era might be the most nostalgic to me. i've definitely put more hours into OSRS though lol.

  There was actually a crazy bug associated with the rocks down there that I got to experience! If you logged out under the rocks and they collapsed, you'd be put back in your spawn room, but be attackable by your own teammates, while also being able to attack them IF you had auto retaliate on. I slaughtered my own team with ice barrage... I wish I had recorded it, thinking to myself that I might've been the next durial or some cringe shit like that lmao

  Thanks for creating it! It is extremely well-made. Is it true you no longer have the files used to make the game? Also, what’s the story behind the 2.0 version? I never got to watch the trailer for 2.0 before the video was removed, since I only started playing this game a couple years ago. I stumbled upon the link for the 2.0 trailer video in the discord awhile back, and always wondered what that video contained. I assume it just shows Peter griffin/garfield?

  @AndrewAJT Yes. Unfortunately, all the files were lost. The 2.0 was originally intended to have more levels and more characters. Two characters that were nearly completed were mewtwo and Mr. Game & Watch. It's a shame because I was pretty proud of how mewtwo was turning out. Mewtwo had dozens of custom animations which made him float, and his tail was fully animated. A short-distance teleport for mewtwo was also being worked on. Captain Falcon was also set to be updated to be similar to my Super Captain Falcon 64 romhack.

  @@PastaPower That sounds amazing, I wish I could try those other characters. And that would be perfect about Falcon, I always wondered why he didn't have some of the moves from the other hack. How did the files get lost, are GnW/Mewtwo lost forever or could you ever redo them? If you ever update the game, the only thing I would suggest is making the invisible walls higher in the Pika stage, because the blue coins love to bounce over them and off the stage, ending many runs

  @AndrewAJT Ironically enough, all the files got lost while attempting to back them up. And I don't currently have any plans to return to romhacking. All the assets from my hacks are free to rip and use however one would like. If anyone wants to make the 2.0 themselves, or some other sort of sequel or whatever, they have my blessing.

Then you use the online patcher to combine the patch with the SM64 ROM, and you can play it on an emulator like Project 64.   Reporting in to say I finally got my 5th pet! Vorki, Kraken, Chompy Chick, Thermy, and now finally the Abyssal Protector. Total Level 2218 and I'm working towards getting Base 92s. Runecrafting is at 87 and Agility is at 91.

  at 22:22 hes correct when slayer came out no one knew about abby demons dropping whips it wasnt till months later. I knew a guy who was one of the first 50 to get 85 slayer, he camped abby demons for months then sold whips for 25-20 mil each., then he bought rares such as party hats and santas etc. To put this in perspective 1 year later whips were about 7.5 mil each, and party the red one the most expensive one was 25-30 mil and drgaon meds were 25-28 mil.

  at 6:32 pext control was so op for training combat skills, so much so after 8 months they nerfed by the experience you would get by 300 percent. It was a non-insult to cal people pc prods, or pest control products. I knew players who went on a pest control bindge during those 8 months and got 99 magic or range to do crazy damage in clan fights on f2p/p2p.

  this is late but 1t 6:14 hes right thats why abby whips were so expensive and good gp basically was 7mil to 2 mill in that two year span. On osrs players dow get like 32-35k slayer exp a hour, even now on osrs you cna get 25k slayer exp a hour being half afk.

  at 16:32 hes right during runescape classics to 2007 to play p2p you needed credit card, in 2008 they finally introduced mailing option where you could print out a letter off the jagex website sign it and mail in with money to get members. During runescape classics to 2007 most players where in fact f2p at a 60-70 percent clip.

  this is late but at 8:13 thehate was a famous runescape player, and one of the top runescape players from runescape classics he was in the top 21 in highscores and was in the top 15 for total experience during runescape classics 3.5 year run. BAck then the top players had 280mil total exp-445 total exp, as the top players where bonecrusher, tks, zezima, choppermad, theoldnite etc. Most of the higher lvl players in runescape classics to about 2007 were older players, that why they dominated. When you adult with your own pc and decide when you play and how long. Its one reason players on osrs have such good stats in comparison back then, the avg age of osrs player base is probablya round age 21, back in runescape classics to 2007 it was like age 12.

  Thanks for the video! I just started a couple years ago. Kinda wish I learned this earlier, I also only use R. The way I do it is Shield > Jump > Angle stick > Unpress and Re-press R during and after jumpsquat. I play Sheik so that's a 3-frame input for a perfect wavedash. Honestly the hardest part learning this was making sure I didnt roll or spotdodge accidentally by pushing the stick early.

  I've been recently playing an identical recreation of runescape 2006, and one of the hardest aspects about combat is the prayer book. Constantly switching back and forth just to see how fast your prayer points drain. There's definitely tons of things we take for granted today on OSRS.
