We used to do stuff like that in Judo warm ups, running and rolling in a circle around the Dojo. Great days. I've been paralysed from the neck down for 24 years. (Not Judo related).

Hmm, good question. Probably not very efficient kick. You had to be lucky to land it on a moving target. All tho I kick few balls in the air with it.
Acrobatic Tutorial makes sense because i can imagine if you land it your foot might loose the and u might not land on your feet but doing tricks with footballs and stuff is pretty cool.

difference between somersault and parkour roll?
Sorry for late reply but its the line your body rolls over, in a somersoult you roll over your head and spine, in parkour/safety roll you roll over the back of your shoulder then diagonaly to the back of the opposite hip I STRONGLY reccomend using safety rolls over somersaults, as they were designed to prevent head/neck/spine injuries you would get if you did somersaults anywere other then gymnasium

Simple ! If you kick back leg its 180. If you kick front leg rotate its 360 if you kick back leg after rotate its 540 if you kick front leg after rotate its 720... its simple to think...
