@timhossack6836 I’m not fishing the main lake. The bays on simcoe have around 8-10 inches of ice, 6” clear and 4” white ice. Hotbox huts on simcoe did an ice report for cooks bay for Feb 5th and they got 12” of ice under there huts but same deal lots of crap ice on top of the good ice.

I haven’t heard anything yet but I’d assume if there isn’t someone making a ice report out there this weekend then the following weekend with the super cold temps it should be good to go. Stay safe and tight lines.

Hey how many lakes in albt actually have bass? I've been out here before and asked where there are bass and people say what's a bass? I'm like really you dont even know what a bass is. I am from ontario but just recently moved out here. Bass fishing is huge where I'm from I have caught several well over 5lbs back home. I love bass fishing
