Enjoyed the evening very much. An almost completely new side for Solihull from last season. I was impressed by the number 11 and the goalkeeper in the first half and the number 12 in the second half. Some good blocks in defence from various players. Without those I think the score could easily have been doubled. Blues moved the ball very well at times. I did think Moors stood off a bit too much in the first half, giving the Blues too much time unchallenged on the ball. Very impressed and pleased with the attendance, 2692.

I think the Moors did really well with their two squads, with a few keen players out. Defence wise, they held off a lot of attacks and presses made by the blues. Especially 2nd half there reaction to being not be fully over run. I wish the moors a great season ahead, and hopefully, they get autos to promotion. KRO

Sad end of season for Solihull but great memories some clubs never get the chance to play at Wembley so to go twice in a week was an amazing experience also well done Gateshead after been unfairly kicked out of the play offs

I also feel bad for Solihull, but we worked so hard all season being one of the clubs with the lowest amount of money in the league to make it to the playoffs and got kicked out cause of the council also failing in the final last year, this trophy was well diserved for Gateshead

In both games Osbourne and Sbarra have come off. When it happened last week I was delighted. Tiredness aside which I'm sure applied to everyone it made no sense to me.

Despite the penalty losses at both Wembley games, Moors have had a fantastic season, which very few people expected when Andy Whing became manager in July 2023. Very enjoyable season for the fans of such a small club and the experience of two finals should hold them in good stead for the future.

Once again squad depth has been our downfall. Whingy said as much in his interview. Same problem last few seasons. If the ownership is serious about EFL then more investment is needed. It’s as simple as that.
