Hello!! I like a lot of things so I haven’t dedicated my channel to any one subject matter. My videos will be from different areas of Louisville Kentucky but I do eventually hope to travel and expand my content. I hope you enjoy my videos and give them a 👍🏻. Thanks!!

Thunderbolt and 3T22 make a great ambiance!
Stay safe
They were loud today
Yes, they were!
Nice 2t22 siren ambiance!
This looks like same firepit I have in the backyard but slightly different
Very eerie everything is calm. Windy and wind chimes in the night with a 2t22 siren going off
mesmerizing
I want in..
This is.... Beautiful
Omg
We did this last night!! 😊 Leslie
I'll take first comment. Thanks for sharing Penny
The Federal Signal 3T22 is that main one that you would hear in the LG Andy substation thunderbolt is the other one in the background and I don’t know which 3T22 it is it’s either the one at the Fern Creek fire department or the Highview fire department
It’s a combination of both. I’m between both areas.
What side of town of Louisville was this recorded on Because I don’t know where those sirens are located
Fern Creek area.
what no one tells you is this is like 3 in the afternoon.
Beautiful sunset Mrs. Penny, thanx for sharing.
Thank you so much!!
Beautiful sky thank you 😊 Leslie
Thank you!!
We are under a winter storm warning
We are too; but I don’t think we are going to get much here. It always seems to stay on the other side of the river. 🥺
@@penny-n-kentucky447 we woke to 3 inches
Nothing here. lol
Wow those are huge!! Thank you for recording that! I didn't see them the other morning. 😊❤🙏🤗
I forgot to sign my name: Leslie
They were big flakes. They didn’t last long. 😉
On my Birthday...
Weird, No thunder or lightning
The storm may not have been in the area they live in. I live in Louisville. WHen they set the sirens off they go off everywhere in the city, not just where the storm is. I can be in one end of town and a storm in another end and never see any lightning or hear thunder from it.
I’m in lawrenceburg and I’ve never heard a tornado siren ever go off in lawrenceburg until this night
That was a spooky tornado. It hardly rained in my neighborhood and the wind was very still, but the sirens were going off like crazy. I had my front door open, listening to it.
He's huge!! I'm afraid 😨 😱 of those!! Leslie
That's so cool thank you for capturing the Goodyear blimp! Leslie
To early
Right?!?!
I hear the famous LG&E substation Thunderbolt on Bardstown Road and the 3T22 at either Fern Creek fire department or Highview fire department
I could hear both.
Very cool
Thank you! This video doesn’t do it justice. It was beautiful!!
i remember that night,im from wisconsin but heard how bad the EF-4 was that hit mayfield, but this here brings back of what happened in my city on april 4th 1981 when we were not just taken by surprise, but ours was a rare event, and it was considered a fatal 1 too,and it was also anticyclonic i'll post the link en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1981_West_Bend_tornado
Thank you for the link, @chris g crane
Nice seeing you on Justin's live tonight
Thanks, you too!
Not a single flash of lightning
I live in Louisville. The storm may not have been in the area they live in. I can be in one end of town and a storm in another and not see any lightning or hear any thunder from it. WHen they set the sirens off here they go off throughout the city, not just in the area where the tornado warned storm is.
Creepy how dark everything is and the siren in the background 😨
It's nighttime.
Cool
pքɾօʍօʂʍ ☀️
The primary siren heard is a 2T22 along with a couple Thunderbolt 1000Ts one a regular 5/6 port and the other a low pitch 4/5 port and distant 2001s
No 4/5s there. They are just on different chopper levels
@@SirensAndAlarmsOfNorthernIL there is a 4/5 there. if you listen closely you can clearly hear it.
The sunsets get prettier as fall approaches
Yes, especially after a rain. 😃
College football game?
Not sure why it was in town but that would make sense. It was on its way to a small airport nearby.
Very cool
Thanks!
It's never a good sound
What's weird is that there's no lightning or thunder
My thought exactly. I noticed that right off. Normally the sky should be like a giant strobe light due to all of the lightning.
@@mattterranova2654 by then, it may have been too late for folks to reach their storm shelters. Now, when National weather services get word of either a tornado sighted or hook echo that looks "favorable" to produce tornadic activity, they go ahead and issue alerts.
I live in Louisville. There could be storm in another end of town than where I am and I would not see any lighrning or hear thunder from it. This storm may not have been in the area they live in. WHen they set the sirens off here they all go off all over town, not just in the area where tornado or funnel cloud is.
I think that's a 4/5 port Thunderbolt in there with the 3t22
I think that might be the 4/5 port Thunderbolt I recorded back in July at the LG&E Substation!!
Thanks for sharing. I'm catching very similar shy phenomenon in Alabama. Been documenting best I am able for about 4 years now. There's something up there for sure. I hear it rumblings when it passes overhead and sometimes I get woke up from my bed vibrating like with an earthquake. Looks like we'll be finding out pretty soon what tge heck it is cause it's getting alot closer. Thanks again for sharing. Great content. Hope to see more soon. Yall are in my prayers Kentucky. Hope the flooding stops soon.
With that many times this system of 2T22 and Thunderbolt 1000Ts surprised the motors and blowers did not overheat not that many cities do repeated System activations like what is heard hear because of the risk of burnout of the motor and blower on these sirens
I remeber it felt very strange, nice vid of the sirens (this is coming from a siren enthusiest)
The mix of the sirens and the wind chimes make it sound that much more spooky.
Are those green pinchers?
Anyone know what these spiders are?
I live in Lexington kentucky
Hello neighbor!
@@penny-n-kentucky447 hello
love the mix of Whelens and old Federal Signal Thunderbolt
I was there when that happened. Had everyone go into the living room and watched the TV for updates on the rotation. Never went into the basement though
Yes I no bro r u in the West in
@@chasemcdowell9758 i was at the east end of westport i was at work wondering what that loud noise was everyone was ordered to take shelter from 11:34pm to 11:53 pm when the stom passed. I didn't take shelter i was outside in case someone needed to be let in.
