But at the rate things are going domestically and internationally we may have to fight some 21st Century equivalent battle with similar odds against us. My favorite part of the movie. I love the music. Gives you chills. For my 30th birthday, me and my add with a couple friends went to SLC and flew in a B-17 around the valley. One of the best times of my life. I couldn’t stop laughing, I was having so much fun.

There's an historical error in this sequence. The Luftwaffe bombers were escorted during those raids. However. the movie producers couldn't get any of the required Bf110's. So the script was changed to 'unescorted'.
Well they were useless in this battle in real life anyway, the RAF didn't lose any fighters while a think 1 or 2 110's were lost.

Comparing this beautiful aerial footage to modern movies/TV makes you realize how short CGI still falls. Heck, even the models used in _Battle of Britain_ look better than CGI planes in flight.
The planes were so fake in this flop.

@@archimedesfromteamfortress2 Yeah, they did use models to show planes blowing up and, admittedly, some of those scenes are a little hokey. But the shots where they're using real planes in flight look so much better than modern CGI does.
