How many times and sets a week? I tend to have shakiness in forearms and have tried similar exercises and still have pain and weakness in forearms and wrists. I have a desk job and have an ergonomic setup but my job requires lifting and constant typing. I know tendons take a long time to heal. Just want to confirm. Thanks in advance!
We recommend at least 3 days a week, 2 sets of 10 reps each session! If you live in the DC area, we'd love to help more to see what's going on with your wrist and forearm on a musculoskeletal level.
