Nice Video 😊 Did you adjusted the rearsets after riding? I mounted them on my Panigale. In my opinion the gear shifter is quite low. Difficult to get underneath with racing boots.
What’s the difference between installing a servo buddy or keeping the original ? I’ve installed the exhaust without putting on the servo buddy since I didn’t have one. Now I’m thinking of installing it on, but I read on the web that installing a servo buddy after turning the engine on can cause problems. Thank you
So at the engine isn’t tuned and you remove the servo there’s really no difference between the servo and the servo buddy other than it just keeps the light from coming on if the motor is tuned, you don’t need a servo buddy
Obviously, the servo buddy is a little cleaner and lighter than leaving the servo in without the cables on it
Got it. I will install one since it’s lighter and I don’t like to leave the original one without the cables on. Thank you for your answer! Really nice tutorial, I used it to install my Sc project exhaust on my Ducati panigale V4 S!
Thanks and I’m glad it helped you out!

Dose this exhaust comes with the akrapovic map included in the box ?
Nice video. What’s the reason you replaced the SC Project? Also which sound do you like better?
I prefer the dual exhaust, the sc is a great exhaust but so loud for the road. I have to say I do prefer the Akra for fit, finish and sound
@@LonestarMoto I have personally ridden sf with akra and arrow, but haven’t had the chance to hear one with sc. curious as to how it sounds.
Do you mind me asking how much you paid, man? I'm trying to be realistic about what kind of deals are out there. 😂
At 9:40 have you tried putting the exhaust bracket behind the holder instead of in front? Maybe that would make the gap to the midpipe a bit bigger?

Thank you. Very useful!!! Greetings from Spain. ✌🏻
My pleasure!! I am jealous I want to come to Spain!!!

How did it finally work itself out?
I eventually got it fixed, it was bad prep on the dealers part that caused most of the problems, I have since sold it and moved on to something else.
In 1985 I bought am already old Susuki GS 750..ran like a dream with not a single issue...needed zero maintenance except the usual stuff....you would think with new tech things should not go downhill...But Japenese is the way to go..has been like forever
Isn't the manual in the link?
What manual?
@@LonestarMoto akrapovic installation
That looks so good. I want to buy one for my 2022 panigale v4 but the motomillion website write it work on 18-21 ducati. Does this exhaust also work on 2022 one?
Yes it will work! It’s the same one I had
Thanks for these man just watched this and the rearset install videos you made it so much simpler
You’re welcome!! I’m glad it helped you out!
Which tank cover are you mounting?
Did you notice a change in engine braking after installing the system? I installed mine and noticed a big decrease in engine breaking and also when I spray soapy water on the joints it bubbles up meaning the joints leak and it's ALL of the slip joints. I've tried re-assembling it, it's as tight as possible and still leaks at every joint, but it's only noticeable with soapy water, I'm not sure if that's normal or not.... Please get back to me thanks!
@lonestarmoto
I bought an NRC fender eliminator for my rsv4 1100 factory 2019, but it wont fit properly its like something wrong, my question is your bike andtje model of mine has desame tailend? TIA
It is the same bike, so either you have the wrong one or you are not installing correctly.
@@LonestarMoto the tail light of RR and RF are diff from rsv4 1100 factory. my tail light has a narrow triangle where the still plates sits
No that is not possible.
where can i send the pictures so you can see whats wrong?
[email protected]
The matte carbon looks nice and subtle where who made the ones on your bike? Also i am thinking of getting the grid I exhaust can’t seem to find anyone who has them in stock here in the US
Thanks a lot for your video 👍 keep continue this kind of video ... very appreciate it
Thank you so much, I am glad you like them and hope they are enjoyable to watch.
It looks cools🤟 for me
Bro you said it didn’t sound any better 😂😂😂 it fkn shot flames out the mf. Try a mid pipe install and bt tune. That keeps the servo open which allows more sound of course and decel pops. Valves in this engine only start to bust open around 4k rpm. 6k the fkr is now awake. Riding this bike or any of the S and M 1000 r,rr,xr under 4k rpm is just geh. Get on it then come back n say it sounds no better.
Helpful video. Just a tip for those watching. The clip that is removed @ 2:45 is the same clip he removes @ 3:00. It was just a double take error. Also, when sliding out the ecu, it's easier if you turn the handlebars to the right. Makes more room.
Where?
You removed the same clip twice. 2:45 mark of the video & again at 3:00. I was wondering how you had an additional connector that mine didn't. Turned out it was just the same one.
Did you sell it? I am looking for a spark it exhaust for my 24 s1krr
Yes I sold the bike!
what a machine buddy, solid video. I wish I could touch the floor on the v4, I'd probably have one like yours! cheers
Thank you!!!
Thanks for the video. Is that kit spect for the 23 R? What ecu did you use?
No, my bike is not the R model, I have the base model. I have bren tuning, check my linktree for discounts to bren tuning.
Good morning. I have a question. Is it necessary to install a filter and/or a racing mapping, for the motorcycle to run really well? Or would just installing a filter be enough? If necessary. Thank you very much!!
After exhaust you will definitely need a tune, air filter is not necessary but does help power marginally
Juiced up base model
Bmw1000rr best bike i ever owned
My next investment 😊
This one can be yours!! I am considering selling
What? You just spended 2000$ on a SC-project titanium exhuast and now you purchest a 6000$ 2/3 system?
You are correct 👍
Saw you on Fastlane D! Great video.
Awesome! Thank you! I hope you enjoy my channel.
at 1:30 I realized I'm not doing this myself. congrats to you and thanks for the video
Glad it helped you decide.
That’s why I keep my god old S2R Monster. She has nearly 60k in odo and not a single issue so far. Only maintenance and it just works. Bikes/cars made after 2012 are rubbish.
I feel so sorry for you dude, 20k on a bike that's not working correctly, and it's a BMW, wow. I hate all the electrical gizmos new bikes have now, hence my 2002 gsxr, no rider aides to be seen, and if it does throw up an electrical fault, it's easy to repair 9 times out of 10. Old-school is the best school , hope you get the bike running 100%
Thanks, the bike has been gone a while.
Sounds like they need to give you another bike
Ha, it is gone to another home.
Thanks for teaching me😄
My pleasure 😊
Could you record how that exhaust sounds outside where it doesn’t echo? It sounds angry. 😮
Sure thing
Looks pretty straightforward on the swap. Where can I get that stand and jack at?
The rear stand is Pit Bull, they have them here local at Ducati Austin or online, the lift table I bought used but pretty sure it is from Harbor Freight, pretty cheap and saves my knees and back.
A friend just bought a new one. He was told those warning lights are all false alarms and once the bike has its first service, after the break in period, software updates and restrictions removed, the bike will be fine.
Mine has been running great. I've heard of a few cases exactly like yours. One guy took it upon himself to mod and tune the bike before visiting the dealer. BMW denied his warranty. Sucks homie.
Glad yours is running well.
Sounds good… looks meh
I think the sound and look if good, I do however like the dual exit instead of the single, money always plays a big part in this, hard to pay 5k up for an exhaust that honestly adds zero value to the price of the bike. To me aftermarket exhaust is a must for sound and looks but as I said budget always play the big part.
Unplug the servo and get a servo buddy.
Why?
Why spend 80 dollars fora servo buddy, just leave it plugged in until you get a tune then do away with it all together
@LonestarMoto Yes or do that.
The "s1000rr" just needs to be removed from the title to be perfect.
Great video man by any chance you have the links for the servo body please
I have a V4S and am about to put my exhaust I been looking all over the place for a servo body is this one works for the V4S too ?
The links are in video description
@jorgemora1334 yes they are the same
That thing sounds savage.
Thanks, it is pretty loud.
Hey how do you like this exhaust? I’m think of buying this for my 2023 v4
It sounds awesome, I really like it, but I am considering changing it as I really want undertail exhaust, make me an offer!
I’m still debating on which exhaust to buy. What about the tune did you do a tune for deleting exhaust servo motor
Bren tuning
I’ll buy it from you
@@LonestarMotolet me know if you want to sell that exhaust
I’m a big fan of Motovation. I get a lot of my accessories from there.
They treat people very well, I definitely recommend them!
BMW failing in the motorbike sector due to competition so they may have lost engineers and R&D talent to others who are fighting the market making new products. BMW simply either sells their bike to enthusiasts who do track day or the police and medical sectors because its bloody expensive bike. Your average commuter who covers average 30-80 miles daily wont bother with a BMW unless they go track day once or twice a month. BMW isnt a daily bike because i never seen anyone use their sport bikes as a daily horse and only rarely see their tourers being ridden for a weekend trip down wales or Scotland.
I would tell them take the bike back. I want my money back.
Well unfortunately it does not work that way, but its gone now anyway.
Bought a 2011 with 35 kkm on it, bike is perfect but sometimes when i give it full throttle it goes into limp mode above 7 k rpm, no codes whatsoever and the best mechanic in town said he doesnt know what to do with it, has anyone experienced this before?
The older ones are rock solid, not sure what happened on the new ones.
@@LonestarMoto too much eletronics i guess, also bmw has gone past its prime in sportyness, back in 2010 they still had their Formula 1 assets and crazy engineering for the time being
