I’m sorry. How does that improve transparency? The only thing that does is force buyer’s agents to make themselves a party to the contract for the purpose of commission, rather than having that as a separate component of a particular MLS.
That’s a good point. Perhaps transparency was the wrong word. When I recorded it I was considering the transparency to the buyers since it has to be negotiated before. Not agreeing with it, just a perspective. I appreciate your comment!

I think this is only in FL. That was not the case for us us in TN when it happened to us. Check your specific state's law regarding bankruptcy 😢We had to file a petition in bankruptcy court for PERMISSION to evict the guy from OUR house because he was under bankruptcy protection 😢

What if the tenant lies on the bankruptcy application about how much they are paying in rent? My current tenant put a false amount, which is less than the actual rent. We also have a lease agreement in place

Hi Cheyenne! It took me about a week of work to get it to look the way it does! I found a template ad had to adjust it, It probably wasn't the best use of time but I liked how it came out!

Tropical Park is not abandoned! Thousand of people visit the park every day for sports and recreation. This is public land! Build your stadium somewhere else instead of trying to take away a beautiful, green public park from the people.

Westchester for sure! They need to play at HOME! Tropical Park is abandoned sadly and needs an injection of capital, plenty of land, they have like 5000 horse stables empty for years and years, time to monetize that precious county land into good use
