Hi . I am in search of buing my 1st sequential/oberheim synth. I am confused a lot, as to what should I choose. For the moment, the thing that I am sure 100% is that whatever synth I will choose I will buy every pack you have issued for that synth. One questiion: Is it in your plans to make a house/funk/disco pack also for take 5/ teo 5 (like the one you have with prophet 6/ob 6 / rev2)?

Do these patches use the Ob-6’s Vintage mode? Of did you create the sound set before it was a feature on the synth? Patches sound amazing either way!

No these don't use Vintage Mode. You could easily go through each patch and crank the detune knob and save them and then use them in Vintage Mode though. Thanks for the kind words btw

Yeah nice work but... while I also have OB 6 and love it, this pad was done on Yamaha CS1x, the "rave machine". There are multiple layers, actually 3 in this epic sound. One is the saw you recreated here, the second is the choir with a weird detune and the third is odd, evolving and not time locked pad with a medium - fast phaser. Very digital, very 90s.
