  Turned out pretty good. The clover got eaten pretty quickly before it got to grow much. The other grasses grew well. The only flaw to the product I would say that it’s all annual seed so you would need to replant every year!

  If it’s sandy but holds water you have a shot. If it’s more dry and sandy go for a chicory/ alfalfa mix. Hope this helps thanks for watching!
