Hi all Although I was a bit sceptical, I bought this device. I applied it right now, July 23rd 2024 with my Sony CD/DVD Player DVP-NS330. 2-3 seconds after pressing the magic button there was a “marquee” (? wandering font) that said SUCCESS😁. The player turned off automatically. Then I unplugged and started: Perfect, DVD is playing, a miracle. Thank you very much. Now I am a believer 😅👌🏼🎶🙏🏼😎 Raphael, Zurich, Switzerland 🇨🇭

Hi, Thanks for watching!Appreciate it.They do officially warn you off those Sky Q boxes, but I've seen loads up for sale and have sold the secondary room extension boxes without any issues.The large 2 Terrabyte boxes; quite honestly, last one I had was returned.They're card didn't work with it, ?? Subscriptions are an issue. I would just take the hard drive out of them. 2 TB drives are still 🔥 at the right price. 👍😉

Hi, Thanks for watching. Definitely go for something your interested in and hopefully know about. To accumulate feedback find an item that sells over and over again. If reselling 2nd hand gear, do your research before every sale. a sell through rate of 70% of items listed is a good indication that people want what your selling. Dont do low value clothes, nothing wrong with that business, but there's a lot of competitors. So there's a few pointers. Good Luck with your sales 👍 😊

I sell clothing, so I use pre filled templates. My approach always been save time, list quick, even if that makes me less money.15 min per item from sourcing to dispatch.

I use AI for things like video games where nobody is reading the description anyway. But i like to think on some items a detailed description saves a return, thats if they read it though
Thanks for the comment Sam. I think maybe having a value below which a complete description isn't worth it may be a good idea. 😉

Hair Dryer and a blade, and then Isopropanol alcohol for any glue left behind, works better on harder surfaces.

I ordered one of these upgraded phones from the back of a magazine when I moved into my first house. It was vintage bakelite 312 and worked great, but eventually the tone dialling got disabled on our line so I couldn't use the dial any more. Since it has a BT connector I'm wondering if it'll be usable on the VOIP when that comes online.
Hi, Unfortunately I don't think it will work. Some of the old exchanges still accept the pulsed dial tone, until updated, but the digital voice over Internet isn't set up for that. Most tone dial phones will work ( I think ) when plugged into the fibre hub, but may not have the same functionality they did on copper lines exchanges. 😖. I'm personally giving up my landline when I shortly upgrade my fibre for the first ever time ( only just available in my area) So..sadly won't be converting any more phones for the time being. I do believe there are convertor boxes in the USA but dont see any available here currently.

Hi yes that's on the list, but I would check in the ebay listing to make sure before purchase. the link is in the description.
Every model has a different codes for free region , so these code doesn’t work for all Sony dvd players .
If you go and look at the listings for the remotes, they have a list they work for. But yes,lots of them don't unlock unless they have new codes. The manufacturers have moved on to Blu-rays now, but region free Blu-ray is getting commoner.

I see numerous new accounts every day on Vinted selling new Xbox’s really cheap. I wondered what the scam was and how they benefited from it. I tend to offer as low as I can just to see what they say and then find the accounts are blocked soon afterwards. Just watched another video where someone bought a console bundle and received a lollipop stick in an envelope.
yeah its rife. But I'm not going to stop using vinted , just be careful.
Good on them for sorting it so quickly, but they need to do something about the thousands of new accounts selling PS5’s and AirPods for £56 🧐
Yeah Sam, I reported one yesterday, just got a message back that as they hadn't broken any rules they couldnt remove a new seller for putting in a listing. It was a ps5 with some games for £175!! an obvious scam.

Hi my DVD player is DVP-170 and i was wondering if it's possible without this device? I just wanna watch a DVD I bought that's region one
Hi thanks for watching. I dont think that one can be unlocked with this remote anymore as they have updated the firmware. Another type with new codes might do it byt I dont know the details. Either way you need codes put in with a remote. Regards, Pete

Yep, I've seen loads of part-timers reselling when they work in the mailroon of a large business too! It's "theft" by any other name , but loads do it.

What if there is no screw on the back. How do you open the case then?

If it's the earlier version, the 706 phone, then there are two screws on the receiver rest. The case will come off if these screws are loosened.
Ive a 1979 dile telephone its got a large jack as a connection can it be changed to work today im in ireland

Hi, Thanks for watching. I'm not the best person to ask on this one, as I've used an accountant for the last 30 years . I give him a spreadsheet with income and expenses and he does everything! I just sign what he prepares after he's claimed for every tax allowance possible, and pay what tax I owe. It is important to register as a business if you're making money from reselling. Probably best place to start is the HMRC website and follow their registration process.
Hello, I have 3 questions: 1. can the Xbox 360 hard drive be Format WITHOUT HAVING the console's serial number?............... , 2. There are other ways to format the Xbox 360 hard drive?.................. 3. you can also reset/Format it through PC?........................... , ( I wait your answer )
Hi thanks for questions. Yes you can reset a drive on a pc without having the serial number, but by far the easiest way is to use a 360, here in the UK you can buy one for kess than the price of a SATA drive adaptor.. The software is on the web to do this though . Be careful to keep the security sector of the drive. Also you can put a new security sector with a new operating system onto a fresh and bigger hard drive with a PC but you'd need to find the software for that. If you just want to use the drive for something else a complete format/wipe including the security sector is easy enough. Hope that helps.

Yes, if your doing on the 360. It's the serial of the console you need, not the hard drive. If you can't read it on the outside you can look it up on the 360 console itself. How to find it is in the video at 6:30 or so.
Its a big motivation to see your death pile and good luck getting it under control, someone saw mine over Christmas and told me there was more madness than method

Good luck with the clear out Pete. Did the same with my garage last week, unlisted stock all over the place. I've now put up 3 more bays of racking and can finally get to unlisted stock from 2 years ago lol

This is my first time watching your channel im just curious what country you live in? The reason why i ask this is because i live here in america just outside of Chicago and these older video game sytems like x boxes and some of these older electronics people literally cant give them away. Recently i see ninetendo Wiis all the time for $30 and ive debated if it would be worth buying 15 or 20 of them and just sitting on them.
Hi, thanks for watching. I'm in the UK. There is a really good collectors scene here for the.older consoles, and I reckon you would have a fairly good investment by buying the older consoles. Trying to get the best condition ones, which probably cost a little bit more would probably be better as those are what any collector wants, and hold more value long term.

My favorite word on ebay is "Untested" Then again, "Tested and Working" never guarantees anything.
Absolutely. If you take " untested " as actually meaning " tested and not working" you won't go far wrong.
