I am based in Bondi, Sydney, Australia. It is a channel just starting. Initially the idea is really about anything and everything, but will focus mainly on -
- tech tips whether it be phones or drones etc.
- maybe how to build lithium battery packs for anything from ebikes to home solar.
- Spend time on very handy swimming pool tips to make the cheap and easy.
- I am an expert with high performance ebike building and design so will be putting future builds up on here to show you how they were made and of course how they perform.
- Also the occasional dolphin or whale sighting from Bondi.
- maybe great easy meals if they are super good.
- Anything else that may be of interest that i have a good tip for, or is just a good watch, it will be up on here.
- Will also post videos on answers to any question i may get asked that others might find interesting.
We will see if it changes a little as it progresses, but that is the focus so far.

Thank you brother , I tried everything to charge my z flip , now 3pm and you really saved my life !
It's working. Thank you
I hope they dont patch this lifesaving glitch. Thanks man. I just got this phone and hated the idea of having to use my old one again.. i love Samsung phones, but this seems like a gimmic in the software to sell more phones. Bad business
so you know it is actually an issue with the USBC port controllers and the protection circuits that protects high voltages reaching your power delivery chips.
@@d-man913 thank you. you are very brilliant. How did you discover the method shown here?
Thank you man. Amazing man this worked. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have done that already and it's still not charging
if nothing works especially doing this method and still not working, you will have to go and buy a new port controller for the phone and have either you or a technician replace it. The port controller in your phone is completely broken. This problem has nothing to do with software but in fact it is all to do with the protection circuit within the usbc ports port controller. The only good side about this situation is that the phone is not broken, the port is a cheap and easy job even for a beginner technician to do and that your phone will be back to normal with no data lost when it is replaced. Sorry to have to give you this news. do know i have already replaced the port controller myself and it gets rid of the problems straight away. Best feeling. Most people having this problem will very soon have no choice but to also replace the port.
swapping the port for a technician is in some cases even easier than swapping the battery, thats how easy it is. If you want to see what is involved just search on youtube for your model phone for example, "samsung A52s port controller replacement video". I am sure there will be one for your model and you can see exactly what will be needed to do on your device.
Bro this worked
I literally did the same thing before I even saw this video but I made sure to check the internet for any other issues or if I'm doing something wrong
haha great to hear you figured it out. it is a port controller playing up on you, usually due to a previous short circuit either from jiggling the cable while plugged in or moisture or accidentally dropping phone while charging. there are many reasons. The protection circuit on the port can only save you a few times before one day actually becoming so faulty or burned out that a new port needs putting in, at least it means the phone is ok just the port controller needs to be swapped out. Also avoid usbA to usbC connections when charging as USBA chargers wont stop sending charge during a short circuit event and will put added pressure on the port protection killing it faster. i gave up waiting for my port to dry the way they say to do it. i just hit it with the hair dryer and in 10min i have the phone running again, if they open the phones with heat guns or heat pads which are far hotter then a hair dryer at worst would heat the glue up around the back plate making it easy to open.
Thank you very much! You should add your paypal in description for all the people you save!
IT WORKED! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was cursing on my phone for two whole days, drying it even though it did not get wet or have anything in it's port.
Thank you so much you made my day it worked in less than 2 mins after trying so many things ❤
Thanks...it worked
I love you.
I can't believe this actually worked wtf
Thank you, finally something that worked, praise Jesus
You are a life saver!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

THIS REALLY WORKED. After a week of not being able to use my phone and ultimately buying a new phone just for service. I needed the old phone to power on to transfer old stuff to new phone. THANK YOU!!!
thank u bro ur a life saver
THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏 appreciate your video. Very useful. I was facing this issue since last 24 hours.. watched many videos in KZread to solve the issue. I am sure there was no moisture/ dust in my charging slot. But it was still coming this warning ⚠️ in my phone. Thank you so much for your video. It helped me alot...
It worked,thanks a lot mate!🍻
Wow this method work
Thank you sir, thanks to your video my phone has returned to normal, really thank you sir, I'm from Indonesia❤❤❤❤

Thanks a lot dude you really helped me out 😭 o my god i freaking wasted my 16+ hours watching every KZread shut i could,, thanks a lot brother
I am taking the plug in and out to get the lightning bolt for some charge. But my phone will not turn on. How long can it take? I have an old note 10+
ok when you get the lightning bolt wait until you get the moisture detected symbol. THEN do this exactly unplug the charger cable and straight away while the moisture detected is still on the screen hold down the power button. that should force start the phone but you may not have enough power when you start to charge and phone might turn off on you. this can be a battle for you taking a lot of time and patience. I have had to go through that before and i did get it to go on. Let me know what happened.
@@d-man913 ok thanks I kept battling with it lol, at the moisture screen I would do the power+volume down bypass and it would turn on but die at the warning message immediately. I just kept doing this booting method while simultaneously plugging and unplugging during the boot. Then something weird happened, I was fustrated and just plugged it back in one time after it died and i look over its gone from lightning bolt to 0% charge circle. Not really sure exactly what happened but its fine now. Its like I glitched it into getting rid of the error by plugging and replugging rapidly while booting. You might know what actually happened lol. thank you sir
@@AT-mc7he maybe or you might have got the phones sweet spot or the port finally got dry lol, could have even been the rapid plugging that might have aligned the pins that may have been bent or cleared a blockage. so many variables. if it keeps on happening every time battery is at 0 percent you might have a port controller issue and need to replace the port. if you plug in an otg device or anything that is usbc to usbc and the moisture detected drop appears at the top of the screeen then you definitely have a port issue as the protection circuit that defends your power delivery for usbc has fried and will mean replacing the port unless you are fine with working only with legacy devices that connect usbc to usbA.
@@AT-mc7he btw i have been all over the world and can say that the only people that call me sir are kids and Americans. So i am assuming you are from the states. As much as there are rude people anywhere around the world i can say that the most polite i have encountered noticeably were people from the states. I dont know if it is how they are raised or if it is purely because of the guns and it pays to be nice, very nice lol.
-I'm adding this note, in case others can use this info: I have a Galaxy A33. Your tips allowed my phone to charge. I had to start with a very small charge, and used the cable that comes with the phone and a USB adapter, and plugged it into one of the USB ports on my PC. For this phone, I couldn't use a standard charger until the battery was 20% charged. Thank you again D-Man. None of the other procedures I tried worked. Just yours.
You're a lifesaver man !!! Cheers.
I can't believe it!!! You did it! I've been up for hours trying to fix this [expletive] phone problem. Watched many videos and finally found yours. My phone went out at a very critical time. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! Tried everything, but this thing only worked. Great!!! You've just got a new subscriber.
OMG. 😮 Dunno what to say. I've trying these steps from a couple of videos on KZread. Almost, the same steps actually. I did try it again just now, and boom. It worked this time to my surprised! I'm celebrating. I think I'm gonna cry as well. HAHA 🎉🥳🥳
wow, thanks man
put a usb plug cover in port and get a phone with wireless charging
Thank you my friend. You saved me from buying a new phone.
Thank you so much my phone is starting to charge now you save my phone SAMSUNG A53 5G
i watched 12 videos in the span of 2 days but none of them worked....but today after this video I implemented all the following steps shown in the video on Samsung S9 Fe+ and IT WORKED the device is now charging
This works. In Hawaii we bought a wireless charging pad at Walmart to fix wife's phone after boat trip. Said moisture but phone was in rice for 24hrs still said moisture but wouldn't charge with cord but charged fine witelsssly
yea there is actually no way of knowing through the drying methods approved by samsung if the phone has removed all the water. Doing it their way could easily take a few days to even a week or longer. The only way i knew my ph one was dry was to have it off place hair dryer right up to the port with the cable plug as well and blast it on high for no less than 8 to 10 minutes. when i did that the pport always got the moisture warning to leave until the actual port controllers protection circuit that holds charge away from the usbc power delivery chips burned out. That is when it never left unless i did this trick with a usba to usbc connection bypassing the usbc negotiations. But it meant any dealings with the port were strictly via usba as usbc and otg were no longer usable unless i replaced the port controller.
thank you so much man it really worked
Sos grande, me salvaste la vida a un nivel enorme, mis respetos para usted maestro
Thank you so much sir..its working
BRO THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU HELPED ME VERY WELL. "SAMSUNGSALVER"!
