  These 90 year old old engines and leather pulleys are still used all over the place in Pakistan and parts of India, just like the old railroads and trains. It's fascinating but also sad, still being dependent on prewar tech that the British colonists left behind when they packed up 70 years ago. If this shit breaks down it's back to donkeys.
