Is it normal for someone who never did a backie, finally do one and the abdominal gets hella sore or did i just Ying when i shoulda yanged?

@@MMAfighter521 It 1000000% normal my friend! The first day after literally anyone learns how to backflip, their abdomen is sore as heck. You are using muscles that have never been used before in a very rapid and high intensity manor when doing a backflip. So yes your abs will be sore until your body conditions itself for flips. Flipping athletes are truly incredibly strong, just in a different way than a body builder would be.

1:22 😂 I did parkour for 15+ years and had to retire cause i messed up my knee (years before this video was posted). Hilariously, i learned most moves exactly how you described, especially since social media was pretty new, and there wasn't a whole lot of tutorials since parkour and such were new as well

hello, kinda related question to the video: every time i try to back twist on a trampoline my body goes to the side of it (right side to be precise) can you share some tips on how to keep your body straight on the trampoline during back twisting ?
