    We wind up in hotel at times. For convience sake I keep a ziplock bag with paring knife salt, pepper, a couple forks and larger soup spoons in a pocket of suitcase. Really helps in a pinch. One less thing to worry about.

    Finished the video! I completely understand why your going animal based. My fiance has struggled with her weight for a long time after taking migraine medication that was a major weight gainer they never warned her and next thing ya know 6 years go by and she was so unhappy with her weight we have tried many things but just couldn't stick to them lack of discipline, and maybe an underlying medical issue. She has now been using zepbound shot for about 2 months and she is down like 30 pounds. I am really happy that your trying your best to help your child with his weight because in the world we live in it can be very brutal on your mental health he might not care at his age but once he gets in his teens are starts getting depressed because of his weight it can be a problem that longs into adulthood. You seem like a great mom and with animal based their is tons of ways to make treats the kids would love that are super healthy like ice cream! So maybe find a cookbook or check KZread! Excited to see your next video would like to see some meals that you cook up for yourself and the kids and would like to see what a haul from the butcher is like. Thank you!

    We’re not sure when we will move or if we will stay local or leave the state at the moment. It would likely be a couple years if out of state. First step is getting our old house sold. Either way - buying meat in bulk is our only economical option.

    Good decision but that grocery haul should have only included what would be consumed in the new diet change - it includes natural whole one ingredient foods. You are the mother, your kids will eat what you serve them. Please follow Lillie Kane for great guidance. Also, even though its primarily keto, I believe you will benefit from watching a documentary called "The Magic Pill." I am astounded you are staying under that $200 range for 8 people per week. That is what I spend per week for just my husband and I and our pets.

  • @FromHisBountifulBlessings
    @FromHisBountifulBlessings29 күн бұрын

    This was 3 weeks ago. My children were slowly transitioned to a new way of eating as to not shock them or cause them resentment towards the change. Because I did it slowly they have fully embraced the change. Because you are right, I am their mother and I know best. Keep tuned as each week gets stricter and stricter with what I purchase. I am able to stay at $200-250 a week because I purchase our meat in bulk yearly!

    @@FromHisBountifulBlessings I can't afford to buy a half a cow all at once and I do not have a place to store that much meat...I also cannot afford to get a freezer to hold that amount of meat. I think I would rather go back to getting Butch Box.

Now I'm doing keto again to get rid of some of the stuff that I had for keto since my husband is not doing it anymore and we will go back on carnivore android. Are nuts something allowed on this food diet? If so , it’s a good source of protein, and you can get almond or cashew flour to make treats once in a while to replace the gluten even bread….. as far as the mold goes, my sister has successfully conquered it by a diet similar to yours as well as seeking a natural path who had her start apple cider vinegar among all others… I love Azure for the cheese!!!! Good luck, I am rooting for you.. potatoes may also be an option for flour also if allowed….we do a very similar diet, it’s fun!

  • @FromHisBountifulBlessings
    @FromHisBountifulBlessingsАй бұрын

    Nuts are not allowed! This is extremely similar to carnivore ; but adding the fruit, dairy and maple syrup/honey. There is options for carnivore type flours ; but for now, we are just abstaining from baked goods except for on birthdays coming up - we will opt for a gluten free/seed oil free option!! The less we consume those types of things - the easier our bodies will detox/digest them when we do “treat” ourselves to them! The beginning of next year I do plan to start adding back in long fermented sourdough goodies! This initial period of “strictness” is for healing purposes!

    I ran across someone on Twitter yesterday who was talking about how flour that is used and sold in the USA is illegal in almost every other country in the world. I wish I had listened to the entire video but had to go out. Now I can't find it. I intend to dig deeper into this. Thought you might want to look into it also. It may just be me, but do you think Caleb is doing much better since the move? He just looks and seems different. Of course, I only see clips of his life, but something seems better with him. As far as the diet you are starting your family on, I think it is a very smart decision. I think you will see some amazing results. Hope ya'll had a wonderful 4th of July!!

  • @FromHisBountifulBlessings
    @FromHisBountifulBlessingsАй бұрын

    I have done a lot of research into flour! Milling your own is the best option ; but right now we are going to steer away from gluten for the rest of the year entirely. Then, next year I will add long fermented sourdough back into our diet using an unbleached unenriched organic flour. A great book I love to learn about this is The Essential Home Ground Flour book by Sue Becker! Caleb is definitely improving as far as mood, and his personality is bubbling out a lot more since we moved. That is mainly because our house was making us all very sick - and it affected Caleb and Syril the most! I plan to share more on this, when the house is finally sold - and we can close the chapter on that entirely. Thanks for tuning in Cathy! <3
