Seriously, trying to reinvent the wheel, seriously stepping over a dollar to save a dime. It's not biodegradable and tales longer than plastic to break down, and the energy required to make it far outweighs the benefit of having it, also if it can be recycled it has shelf life, meaning it can only be recycled in ever decreasing amounts then it has to be discarded, and it doesn't biodegrade, so then what, now our dumps are filled with plastic harder than steel. What a joke
Wow
I’m going to 🇯🇵
What is the origin of your name?
@@jennifercooljeo6552 sounds Japanese?
As soon as you began preaching about global warming and carbon emissions, I'm gone.
its wood fibers 5x stronger than steel and 20% lighter than plastic. huge new tech. We can create new body armor, vehicles, and everything in between for defense and recreation use.
clear AND transparent????!

Beautiful
I have quit after 4 minutes, because noise is much higher than commentary 😮
India should carefully avoid getting entangled in military alliances. Our defense forces should focus only on defence of india. We should resolve border standoff with china and sit this one out instead of sleepwalking into WW3 in a fight between US and china for primacy and superpowerdom.
The US is continuing with its strategy to keep Asia poor and divided. This policy was articulated in the top-secret U.S. Foreign Policy written 76 years ago. Japan and the Philippines are cornerstones of this policy. February 24, 1948, Declassified U.S. Foreign Policy: Furthermore, we have about 50% of the world’s wealth but only 6.3% of its population. This disparity is particularly great as between ourselves and the peoples of Asia. In this situation, we cannot fail to be the object of envy and resentment. Our real task in the coming period is to devise a pattern of relationships which will permit us to maintain this position of disparity without positive detriment to our national security. ... that Japan and the Philippines will be found to be the corner-stones of such a Pacific security system and that if we can contrive to retain effective control over these areas there can be no serious threat to our security from the East within our time. Taiwan was added to the Pacific security system after Chiang's army retreated to the island of Taiwan in 1949. South Korea was added after the Korean War in 1953. The attempt with Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia was abandoned in 1975. The 1989 attempt in China failed. The 2019-2020 attempt in Hong Kong also failed.
There was a time when I thought Japan was very different from China, that Japanese products were well engineered etc. But now it turns out the Japanese are even producing fake bread made from trees. What's even worse: nanosized materials are carcinogenic. The particles are too small to be recognized by our immune system, and theferefore many of them stay in the body. I have lost all my respect for Japan.
This virtue signaling is so empty and shallow and meaningless. I understand that climate nazis love feeling smug and give themselves head-pats but every time I see a video like this I am going to intentionally burn plastic in my fire pit. If anything we want climate change to be as harmful as possible because suffering builds character...for everyone who isn't black I guess. It just makes them worse. We have a bunch of fat, spoiled, entitled, lazy narcissists and some good old fashion suffering and struggle will transform them into useful people. If you have to struggle to survive you won't be talking about pronouns or virtue signaling about eco-friendly marketing gimmicks.

EXCELLENT and informative
Very good question, will we be seeing replicating problems in outer space that we are seeing on earth?
Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate this channel and information illustrating the key changes we are experiencing
Not new there is a women in Africa who did this 10 years ago. She made plates and utensils with it.she is still in business
Saudi Arabia is biggest manufacturing in watch
This technology should be researched and replicated in Brazil.
Annoying background music
*USUAL LYINGWESTERNTRASH VOMITED AND DROOLED AND FROTHED BY THE USUAL DROOLING LYINGWESTERNTRASH.* As recent as a dozen years ago I would’ve accepted what I heard from the “western free press” about “north korean/iranian propaganda lies” but today I’d believe anything coming out of North Korea before I’d believe anything coming from the 10,000% lying western “media” trash.
Back when sailing was the dominant way of traveling and trade, ppl kept repair kits which consisted of hemp seeds and pinetrees among other things to grow then have the necessary materials to continue on...
To make wood celulose pulp make more polution in the process using strong chemicals ...
but the US and Europe are cutting emissions so how are they going to triple and who is responsible? why aren't they cutting emissions?
Can skip half of the video until actually getting to the title of the video "How to make pure synthetic quartz"
Japan ... Ikigai... Robots...
excellent
Thank's for that ❤
There is nothing close to over-tourism. It is just inconvenient for residents to directly share the space with the hand that feeds. There is also the animosity of seeing the wealth disparity that now exists between Japan and those who can afford to visit - I think this is the big one.
This is a plain BS sales gimmick ...their trying to disguise the BS as a Pioneering technology to bump their sales numbers; they say it in the video ! [" yamahammeer bla bla hopes to sell 20,000 units"]
If it is cellos Nano fibers you are looking for why not look into hemp? much shorter growth cycle, 6 months.
Fact: Writing "HIGH OUTPUT" on something gives it high output.
6 Months, now that's dense.
Thank you for sharing this news and also thanks to these brands for investing in change. We are past awareness and now need to start and spread using materials like this.
This is bullshit, not a new product at all. Use hemp
It is like Sweden's "super steel" no one can afford it
The tests where made in China
Oh quarts very coo... WTFH THERE IS A CAR FLYING AT MY FACE!?!?
Worth reposting: Someone's Comment: "It's ironic that the theme of this video is a reduction of CO2 and plastic waste yet the product focussed upon is a small part for a machine which has no practical value other than for the amusement of the owner." Someone's Reply: "It's ironic that the theme of this comment is to mock the efforts in reducing CO2 emissions while only focusing on a small part of the video, rendering the comment of no practical value other than the amusement of the owner." My comment: Yamaha's motive is not primarily to reduce the petroleum-based materials and thus CO2 emissions. That's a significant issue, but won't play out big until much later (and even still, obviously, won't make a huge dent towards global warming). Yamaha for a long time has been quite good at making money by producing superior products that the public decides are worth paying for. And, inching towards more sustainable industry, is moving in the right direction. Trust them not to be as foolish as some random commenter.
Thank you so much I appreciate much all the ideas. Human exchange develops mutual understanding and heart to heart experiences among us.
Global warming is fake science. Check out Sir David Monkton and Dr. Shiva for starters.
CO2 is not a greenhouse gas.
"There are huge non climate effects of carbon dioxide which are overwhelmingly favorable which are not taken into account. To me that's the main issue that the earth is actually growing greener. This has been actually measured from satellites the whole earth is growing greener as a result of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. So it's increasing agricultural yields, it's increasing the forests, it's increasing all kinds of growth in the biological world and that's more important and more certain than the effects on climate." ~Freeman Dyson, Institute of Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey.
want to reduced cost,,, you know what to do,,,
Ice cores from Greenland and Antarctica prove that rising temperatures don't follow increased carbon in the atmosphere but visa-versa. In centuries. 800 years for instance. Pollution is a problem. Carbon dioxide is plant food. Just stop already and use your brain and logic. Carbon "credits?"
04:07 - Rock candy.
As others have written, the message of the video is undercut by highlighting the use of the material in recreational watercraft, which do serious ecological damage and should be restricted.
How about bicycles or electric bike. If using cellulose nanofiber may apply to cars, I just hope the Japanese research Company will also come out with bicycles. I remember Panasonic bicycle.
Anderson Windows has been using wood nano-fibers for years trademarked "Fibrex". Light, strong and rigid and long lasting.
