I was inspired to start posting videos by myself and my family. These videos will be postings of my journey to a healthier and more improved ME...physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and other family blogs of fun and laughter. I have been so motivated by other You Tubers, and I hope others will feel the same about my channel, especially those that are 50+!
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, etc. And I am so much more!! Loving life and loving the LORD Who blessed me with it!!

I scheduled my next hair appointment in August and it is already creeping up!😱😱 Sister~ you are using up all your washi and I’m so happy that I get to witness it🤣🤣🤣 Mama lives right across from a sports field and they shoot the fireworks off over there so we can just walk outside and look up🥳🎆🆓 Although, as I’m getting older, when firework show looks just like the last and also poor Miko does not enjoy it so then I have to be on babysitting duty. You are so right, it’s not New Year’s so why are people shooting off fireworks until midnight and beyond?💀😵💫🤬 I’m intrigued by your new workout/fitness planner, have you set it up yet?😁😍 I love that dashboard sticker that you chose, you are absolutely right. @@ashleydcarlson Yes…the days seem to be going by soooooo fast! And I have to admit..I was kinda excited when my washi tape roll got the to end too! LOL! The fireworks have FINALLY died down in the neighborhood. We are all quite relieved…even our dog 🐶 I haven’t been to a live fireworks display in years! I usually just watch the highlights on TV. I have kinda started a tracking my fitness in a separate planner. It’s truly a rough draft in progress! LOL! Thank so much Sister for your encouragement! You have a wonderful morning 💕♥️

Our family spent time at my brothers house on July 4th. We had a grand time together, as always. My brother lives less than 5 minutes from me. Our city has fireworks at the fair grounds. I watched the live videos of friends on Facebook.

Yes…Ramen is the best, no matter the cost! LOL! I can’t be too mad at my washi running out because I have so much of it to go through! But it surely caught me by surprise. Those KZread stretching videos are so nice. I don’t do them perfectly, but they help me concentrate on the mind-body connection and focus on each stretching movement. I have been making Shea Butter mixture for my skin for years. My Mom and daughter love it and I do like the way it makes my skin feel. We had a blast this weekend at the Jazz Festival. I had a BLAST celebrating my birthday and getting ALL the freebies around town! I took your que and went to Starbucks and had the delicious lemon pound cake for the first time…YUMMY!!
