This guy was very lucky. And since he didn't get out of his harness, someone dragging his wing away from the ocean might have saved his life.

How did the baby get up there?

  • @luudest

I hope the baby knows how to fly and get back to the nest. Barn owl parents don‘t feed their babies on the ground.

I will try to make a release video when it's ready. I sent them a note asking them to release it in the same place we found it and let us know in advance so we can make a video.

What wind speeds are OK with your 19m? I’m groundhandling with a 16m Puffin, I really like that wing. Coming from an EN A in the mountains I found it difficult at first but it has grown on me. I have not flown it yet other than few hops 2 meters from the bottom of the dune.

The California coastal commission made them move them all because they were unpermitted at the time. Apartment company was fined $1.45 million. Don't know if that was appealed, paid or reduced.

Alone in my temple in the middle of Peru, A giant stone ball with nothing to do, But if you steal my idol I will roll right over you, 'Cause I'm six tons of granite and micaceous schist, Yeah, I'm six tons of granite and micaceous schist, I'm gonna crush you, I'm gonna mush you, You took my idol, I'm homicidal, Gonna roll over you till your brains come out, And your bones will crunch and your blood will spout! I'm not just a rock, baby. I'm a boulder. (yells wildly) 'Cause I'm six tons of granite and micaceous schist, Yeah, I'm six tons of granite and micaceous schist,
