Grant Stinnett’s a fantastic teacher! His many books cover practically everything and are a welcome addition to bass specific music instruction. Which is completely over saturated with finger exercise & scale/arpeggio “diagram dictionaries” printed to make a buck. That said everything I know (and everything you could want to know) about two handed tap & technically advanced slap I learned from Victor Wooten. Of course taking on a tune like “classical thump” or “The Vision” is too steep a task for many players which makes Grant Stinnett’s books a great jumping off point..

I’m not sure what the person below “longdongchong” meant by that comment. But I happen to appreciate appreciate the demo’s, especially since many of the instruments have very few YT videos or none at all. In my opinion the more the better, regardless of you’re reasons for buying or selling (which is entirely zero business of anyone’s). These videos are helpful to folks like me who are interested im a bass like this; but they’re maybe out of production, built in smaller quantities, or just aren’t carried anywhere locally where an in person demo is possible. So in short thanks! 😉 P.S.; I’ve noticed that in many of your posts there’s either an issue with your mic clipping or the tube front end on the Demeter head is being pushed into overdrive/saturation. I honestly can’t tell without being in the room and it seems you generally play at fairly high volumes so either or even both are possible. Just curious Chow!
