  Painting Koi is not easy, it takes a lot of practice. It is a challenge to be able to jump from realism to abstract in a second without jeopardizing the integrity of the subject "koi"....that is why I fell in love with Painting koi....I suggest you start by Painting one fish only....then later add another one.....and keep practicing until you get the feel of it, until you get the music and the rhythm of these beautiful creatures....practice practice.....hope this helped 😊....thank you for visiting my channel....wish you all the best....good luck 😊👍

  Hi there 😊, thank you for visiting my channel, i appreciate it....A full portrait session takes between 5 to 6 hours to finish one drawing.....this warm up sketch took about 35 to 45 minutes...😊 that's what I meant by warm up....🎨 thank you.
