I couldn't continue physiotherapy so I've been doing physical therapy with this video, I'm at stage 4-5 and this video is just perfect for me, I started doing only one repetition of each exercise and now I'm doing 5-10 of each, I feel how strong my leg is getting. The level of challenge for my stage is perfect, Thank you so much for making this video 🥂😊🙌

Just to confirm: Are all of these protocols good for an anatomic total shoulder replacement?
Has this example patient even had a TKR? I think not. I'm at 10 weeks and cannot pull my heel to my butt by any stretch.

As a post rotator / slap repair patient at 5 months now, I can tell you seeing this video just gave me the shiveeees!! I hate that thing, and do not ever want to see it again! Lol! It works, but man it was a miserable 6 weeks in that thing!

I am 18 weeks and we doing these now in PT. My pain now is from these exercises 😮 rough going for sure.
Helllo doctor, When I stand for a while - for about 10 mins, there is growing weakness in my knee and rectus femoris tendon. I visited 4 doctors, and none of them are able to cure the issue I've been lifting for years - the mistake I did was not stretching enough. Now, I've been deep stretching, doing low impact exercise, foam rolling etc. Still the issue persists. How can I permanently cure this issue?
After running 1 week, every morning the insides of my knee caps hurt, pain only reduces when i move my legs a lot such as running how ironic, the thing that causes the pain relieves the pain temporarily lol

I have had chronic knee pain in both knees since winter 2020 when I started pole dancing. I never stretched consistently and didn't start then. I was wearing knee braces for support every day for about a year and a half. I don't need them as long as I am not squatting but there is pain in both joints daily. Worst if I run or exercise. Even hurts getting out of bed. I was 25 when this started and never had physical problems prior :( I turn 28 soon. Is this the same as runner's knee? I found consistent cryotherapy helps so much but I haven't prioritized being able to afford it
