Thank you , I have PTSD, too. Diagnosed 35 years ago. I stayed sober for almost 30 years. Relapsed. I have found only profound self care can heal PTSD, it needs a twelve step program ❤️ it is time to take the Shame out of the game . And heal. It is a disease , there is treatment and there are friends , even when you temporarily think there aren’t . I am almost 70, it has been a long healing journey ❤️ best wishes to all on their journey. Thank you very much for sharing your story ❤️

All in all it was their plan to push us out so they would have more control over hawaii. I follow alot of hawaii's activist and there is alot of corruption in hawaii that needs to be addressed.

So sad. Fooled to leave paradise for this made up 💩. Watch the movie Hawaii (1966). Religion is poison to the mind and only used to control people. When these Hawaiians moved to Utah they gave up their homelands and Im sure all those Mormons gladly took their land away from them. Evil !!!! 🤦‍♀️😭💔

Is the whole point of the video to pioneer the Hawaiian navigators at the time or to broadcast their missionary influence on ‘The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints‘ migration from Hawaii to Utah? I just seemed a bit confused with what was shared in the video and the title of the video? Nonetheless, sending out love to our Hawaiian or Polynesian pioneers! God bless ♥️

how come your accent all funny kine? also... a Kanaka cemetery on another Natives stolen land... aole pono. that is hala and kapu. imagine if Sacagawea was buried in England?... do you see the problem?. but the fact that this makes more people aware of the displacement is a good thing I guess. anyway that's my mana'o. they took the land, put a ban on our language, told us our heritage was evil that includes HULA and our own religion, and we must convert to save our savage souls. then brought disease to our pristine paradise that had no disease and was flourishing. don't even get me started on Kanaka Cemetery... I no tink she even know what went on in Kailua! o.0 ... other than it's a nice golf course there... anyways I goin way off topic now have a good day. 🤣

Recalling my school days in a violent world hardly recovering from world war two I can say these were some my hardest years. Although they were the hardest at home and at school I'm glad I went through them as they tought me how hard it was to survive in life and helped me to live long enough to hardly grasp some knowledge and skills and I still hope for some Wisdom before I go for good. 🪶

What's interesting is all the Polynesians that go to Utah brought by the Mormon Church which Joseph Smith in his own writings say the reason why dark people are that way it's because they are cursed, that was changed in the last few years from the Mormon church, so it makes you wonder why are people following that religion if the founder thought like that about people of color ?

Forbidden to speak one's own language and practice one's own religious beliefs or allowed to wear one's own clothes, etc...in my view this is not so different than what Hitler did to the Jews--except in this case, the U.S government tried to exterminate the Native American's culture and language versus Hitler physically killing the Jews. I really hope in today's society we all can learn from these horrible acts of unfairness and atrocities and never repeat them again.
