Excellent tool! Is this a P&F tool where there is a ram the pushes from the bottom? What size stations are you limited to getting this tool in?
Hi Brad, this is a Cam Die and not a P&F tool. Each tool is designed and manufactured uniquely to suit the customer's application, so there is quite a lot of flexibility in size. If you want to inquire further, feel free to contact us on [email protected]
Amazing innovation.

Hello, what is the distance between the first and second bend to make a correct metal hinge?
Hi Daniel, It depends on the material type, thickness and internal diameter you are trying to achieve. If you would like to contact our tooling deparment to discuss it, please contact us on [email protected] or call us on 01562 749 761.
So we have been cutting with this laser for almost 2 years now and all of a sudden the burr on the 316 cold rolled is terrible, even with all the normal things checked and replaced. Nozzle, lenses etc. Even back at start-up default cut conditions and not helping. Anyone have any ideas?
Hi Kristel, can you tell us which company / location you're based at, then we can get one of our consultants to recommend some options for you.
Nozzle center, contaminated gas? 3/16 needs Oxygen gas, not nitrogen. 3/16 is pretty thick. How many Watts is your laser, anything below 2k you will need oxygen.

Expensive, but most definitely good for 24-7 operation.

Fantastic!
Amada makes great equipment. There are probably more than twenty thousand Amada CNC machines in the U.S. Sadly, the United States has fallen way behind in advanced fabrication. There’s no reason to build factory equipment when there aren’t any factories. This failure to maintain a healthy industrial base will lead to other failures. The economy, the schools; society itself. Eventually everyone will reduced to begging for food, and then they’ll bless the government for being so generous.

I have a question when cut a material thicker hole and cutting edge not parallel top surface is bigger than burr surface
Hi there, thank you for your interest, AMADA have various solutions to help with problems - our high power ENSIS fibre lasers come with our Variable Beam Technology to change the mode to suit the material being cut and also have our Auto-collimation technology to drastically reduce bevel when cutting thicker material. Please see our KZread video about our ENSIS technology: kzread.info/dash/bejne/gH94s8-mk9uaZc4.html
Id like this machine💕💕💕
