THIS IS WHAT'S CALLED IN ENGLISH?!?!? In Polish we're saying "plener" GOD DAMNIT I'm angry about this for no reason 😂 PLAIN AIR!

😂lmao I didn't name it. I think us English speaking folks actually take it from the French. Maybe because it sounds fancier then saying "painting outdoors." LOL

In English it's pronounced "plan" air. Plein is indeed a French word.

Lol, when I finally realized why my colored pencils kept breaking I started getting the woodless kind!

Random tip for the tiny ziploc. When I have one I want to use for something indefinitely, I reinforce it with my gorilla glue crystal clear tape on the outside. The plastic tends to get more brittle over time and can rip easily otherwise. This tape is amazing. It's currently holding together a clear vinal tri-fold (former) chain wallet I've had since 1996.

I appreciate these tips (only heard the first 2, so far). People may think sharpeners are “obvious”, but they aren’t when it comes to art. I do wish you would have linked your items in your description though. ❤❤❤

I’ve been buying cloth napkins from resale store, some in linen, for paint rags. They are super absorbent.

You can spray paint the inside of your homemade tin to make mixing colors easier! Good job!

cleaning brushes on your bag and then having a soggy bag with your stuff in that does not dry properly. That would bother me so much. Just bring a piece of cloth that you can have drying after some painting .

Admittedly it's not a complete solution, which is why I offer some other options as well. Sometimes it's just about any port in a storm lol. I hope there were some other things you found useful in the video. Wishing you all the best 🙂

I found that rather odd to you can just wear a sweatband and use that a tissue and hanky doesn’t take up any space. I even sometimes carry a bit of paper towelling in my actual paint palette up. The top fits perfectly takes up no room.

Carrying things in a bag you can use for wiping your brush is a brilliant idea! And now I'm considering whether safety pinning a rag on the bag would be a nice space saver sort of combo solution....
