  I am so lucky and blessed to have heard of the secret and found meditation. I just wonder if anyone can share how to fully quiet your thoughts and focus in such a way that when he says "bring yourself back to your body", you don't feel like you never left 🤦🏾. How does it feel to be completely in a meditative state? How can I i achieve it?

  I have found the 21 Days of Abundance to be a deeply healing and soulful journey. I have looked more closely at how I am living and am increasingly aware of thoughts and feelings - the positive and the less so - and I am more fluid in paying attention to these and addressing them; I have already attracted work and extra financial blessings - sometimes (unbelievably) moments after completing one of the meditations! I feel very cradled in the universe and I feel easy with a renewed trust in the Oneness of this Abindance. I am a singer, songwriter and MD as well as a vocal coach for singers of all styles except jazz and opera. I give thanks.
