    Question: is it really living off the grid if you are relying on batteries and gas?

  • @Gasland.official
    @Gasland.official6 ай бұрын

    Hey Dear, the definition of off-grid living is subjective, and individuals may adopt different practices based on their unique circumstances and preferences.

  • @callumglass
    @callumglass6 ай бұрын

    Off grid means exactly that. Off of the grid - national/governmental grid. That's all. If you're hooked up to electrical grid, or water companies grid. You're not Off grid. You could live the most luxurious life ever and still be Off grid, as long as you supply your own power, water. To make it further most would bracket 50% of their food too. Or as long as it comes from other local growers/producers and not super markets.

    I read that the top and chimney get hot. Do you know how long it takes for the unit to cool off after using it?

    Gasland Chef 24 inch single wall oven ES606MB quit suddenly in the middle of Thanksgiving meal preparations and does nothing. Very disappointing! Can NOT get help from either Lowe's where it was purchased due to the warranty still being on it and Not from the company who made it.

    your video shows a different model than your title, and you're showing a gas oven when the model is electric, I am here because I have the ES606MS oven and its got problems less than a month old, and your company has almost nothing on it for parts or repair. Its going to the dump as soon as I pull it

    These things are white-label. "Gasland" just puts their name on it. Same factory as Camplux & others.

    Yes, just vent the chimney on the top outside and this unit can be mounted inside. If you are unsure, mount a carbon monoxide detector near it.
