Hola, Hello, Bienvenidos!!!! My name is Alejandra but I go by Alex. Welcome to the familia!! Like many, I love the latest eyeshadow palette release and sometimes do purchase new palettes but I love even more shopping my stash to dupe the vibe. There is nothing like shopping your stash and remind yourselves of the amazing makeup waiting to be loved all over again. I’m a project panner, eyeshadow enthusiast and do my best to be a conscious consumer. Pull up a seat, grab a drink and let’s fall back in love with the makeup we already own.

You must got the good natasha creams I hit pan on bronze one in like 5 uses both were extremely dried out. The eye and cheek one of them was 30 uses the other took awhile lol

Oh hey first to comment yay me. I really need to use my highlighters ive gotten them in mystery bags and dont use them much. I think at best for me is using them as eyeshadow.
That’s a good way. I only use them on my body in the summer cause I can’t help a good glow 😂

The more videos i see with this palette the more i dislike it. It just all looks the same on the eye if it even shows up..
Honestly when you put it on the eyes they aren’t the same. Some are cool toned others are sheer toppers and then others warm toned. I did a soft look here but have it on again today and it looks completely different than this look.

I’m making a commitment to wearing makeup in September! It has been no makeup summer. With the humidity, it was just too much and I couldn’t do it. The Tarte shadow stick is beautiful! Love that color! I don’t remember them having a set of minis but If they came out with one again, that would be really tempting to me! I really like the ease of shadow sticks and I like Tarte!
That’s basically what I used on vacation was shadow sticks. August has def cooled off compared to July which I’m sad about.
You had an eventful first day! I thought you were going to say you named and fed alligators before you said turtles. Lol! It’s so nice that you got to see your grandmother. Those are very important moments and no doubt it was such a nice surprise for her too! And the almost running out of gas, thank goodness the gas station was right there! The Flower Knows products are so pretty!

Have you seen this new Too Faced Appley In Love palette? It’s in tin packaging and looks so pretty. On my wishlist to maybe pick up for Black Friday or for my birthday. Enjoying my Colourpop SS shadows for easy looks this month. Then I’ll start wearing my Fall color palettes starting in September. 😊❤️💄

We do have diners here in Tampa Florida, yeah Florida drives are very boring😂😂 flat wet land. Our rain is here, most people don't realize how much rain we actually get.
Where we stayed there was only one and we found it the last 2 days there. There was a few waffle houses but we don’t care for them

That was a big ole first day of vacay!made me exhausted just hearing it! So happy that you were able to see your grandma! I know she was so excited to see you and your family! 🥰🥰 Girl, I don't like an electric stove either. Where I live has no gas service at all so when we moved in 14 years ago, it was my first time cooking on an electric stove 🤦🏻♀️ a lotta stuff got burnt 😂
My friend said the first year she burned everything. She said she would hold her pot in the air so it would cool down to try and not burn things 😂

Yes, A lot of German tourists go to South Florida you are correct. I do the Alligator Alley drive often as I have family on both coasts. You do see alligators if you know what to look for. They are not fully lounging but you'll see their head in the water or swimming in the canals.
I saw about 5-6 during our whole trip. One was called walle 😂

I’ve lived in Jersey my whole life and learned to pump gas because my kids are all over the country - I must say if I’m running a bit low and I’m near jersey I wait so I don’t have to pump gas 😂 I really appreciate gas attendants

Glad you came back with no damage Alex! :) I am having pretty bad weeks at work, not going to lie. The heatwave is slapping us in the face, and to have to postpone my vacation because at the office we are less and less is not helping my mood. :/ My only joys right now are Halloween recipes and working on some cosplays for this month as soon as I get the damn time off I earned. I'm going to be Pearl (from the horror movie), Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad and Alice from Alice in Wonderland, hopefully on September I'll also bring a Danielle de Barbarac cosplay which took months in the making. Cannot wait for fall also, 80 days until Halloween. Please fall, save me from this hellscape of a season T.T

UPDATE ON PRODUCTS: Brow powder-faded after an hour but I think its because I didn't add a wax to adhere to my skin hair Eyeshadow palette-creased and faded after 6-7 hours of wear. It collected in the folds of my eyelids. It did well up until then Liquid eyeshadow/highlighter-stayed in place the whole day well Lipgloss-felt so comfy and didn't dry my lips out even after having it on and eating with it. WINNER Highlighter-lasted all day well. Only thing was a little too light for me right now WINNER Blush-lasted all day well. LOVED the color and didn't fade even in the heat WINNER

Beside that nail polish Got Cake? from Holo Taco I didn't pan much this month in makeup department sadly. I guess it's too brutally hot to make me use and abuse most eyeshadows... BUT I'm slowly working on some lipsticks and lip pencils to make some damage at least 0.o And I almost panned a double ended eyeliner by writing my groceries list and to do lists XD
