I enjoyed flying along with you guys. Glad you got down before that weather arrived. Great landing... 🎯
Glad you enjoyed part 4 of this series. 😎thanks for flying along ✈️
Hi from Norway, loved the editing and music mix in this video. The switching of views and belly cam was stunning. I only missed one thing, and that was the roar from your engines when taking off.
With the belly cam, the sound doesn’t come out that well. Part 2 will have your engines sound 🔥😎
Hello again Capt. Val, another great Skyline Baron Pilot👩✈️”Smooth Operator” video. The belly cam footage out of Antiquers showing the Barons’ shadow on the ground was fantastic. I’m imagining someone on the ground seeing the Barons’ shadow flying by 🤙. The rest of the flight was also fun to “virtually” fly along with you, thanks for taking us along 👍 One thing though, how you were able to spot all of the airports without your usual observer’s assistance 😎 was beyond me 🤷😂 Looking forward to the next leg into OSH. Safe flight 💐🫡 Lou (305)🇺🇸
Sweet, been there twice via car in 1990 & 2000...hoping to make 1 more visit.
Antiquers Aerodrome. Right in my backyard. Safe travels. Enjoy Air Venture 24.
So good to see you again this year at KDKB! Safe flights wherever you go! ❤✈️
@@coriewild8393 it was so great to see you at Dekalb!!! All the best always ❤️🙏✈️
Love the belly cam.
Hi Capt. Valerie! You remembered that I like that belly-cam view, certainly was spectacular over the Caribbean - the view over our beautiful country, just as nice! The weather was incredible, clouds everywhere and not a speck of blue. Maybe, just maybe, all the weather will be far away from KOSH and you will have perfect, air show weather for the entire week! I was there in 2021 and arrived on Thursday, the day after a really bad storm hit the area. Smart, safe plan to divert - that’s the professional pilot that we know, love and respect. Thanks for taking me along and looking forward to the next bit 🤗
You never know what adventures to expect on these long journeys. Thanks for taking us along! Enjoy OSH!
Flew in once and never again, pilots dont follow rules, almost stalled due to slow plane in front of us. Ground saw him at last minute and had him go around, way to dangerous, to many rookie stupid pilots.
Hello Capt Valerie from Sydney Australia. Hope all is well. Is your grass RWY looking soft or maybe just grass length? Looking forward to seeing some videos from Oshkosh. Especially * Engines * 103 stuff * Plug and play avionics "Stay ahead of your plane" but be ready😏🌏
@1:38 Wow, great shadows of the Baron from the belly cam!. If I had any clue that you might land in Dublin I would have darted up the road in my car and captured you coming in to land with my fab zoooooom lens! 🤩😍🥰...bliss,x... EDIT; Oh dear...I see now Dublin GA USA, not Dublin Ireland 😆, er, I don't have enough gas to get there sorry...🤣
😂 that would be a great flight but a little far! Thanks for following along ✈️
👍✅ Tks Val👏
You will make it to Oshkosh just in time for the "Beerventure" tent to open! Welcome to Oshkosh, I hope you enjoy your visit.
Another really engaging video Valerie! But when the video started and we saw just the underside of the Baron, I almost dropped my cup of tea when you scrambled underneath the plane and poppoed up close to the camera! Scared the C&*P out of me !! 🙂 Glad you got around the weather. I think for me, in my virtual career, I have only needed to divert twice - not bad really considering. Some great cloudscapes there too. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing how you manage the Air Traffic chaos that is Oshkosh ! All the best. Lee
😂 that’s funny Lee! I think it gives a different perspective talking to you from the bellly cam. Boo 👻😂 Flying into weather is not worth it at all. Safety comes first. Always! ✈️ all the best and thanks for flying along.
@@SkylineBaronPilot Yes it does give a different perspective! 😀. And yes, avoid weather as much as you can. Always a pleasure Valerie. Take care and enjoy Oshkosh
1st time viewer; GoPro cam take-off viewer is fantastic under plane belly, always wanted to see viewport like this, it's a 1st for me. Your Pininfarina plane, didn't know they made planes; they designed & manufactured Cadillac Allante 2 seater sports car body (no drivetrain components) & interior in the 1990s
Love the belly cam 😎 best view for sure! The Pininfarina logo is there because the previous owner had the interior design by them. Since then, we’ve redone our seat but kept the logo.
Yay!
Damn… I thought it was a contest to win/ actual invitation.🙋🏽♂️🙋🏽♂️🙋🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️😂 Great video, thanks for sharing.👍🏼🙌🏼
😂 glad you enjoyed it anyway 😎
Merci de partager. J'apprend et peut-être qu'un jour je surmontrai mes peurs pour me retrouver dans un petit bi-moteur🤣
On commence avec un et après deux. 😎
@@SkylineBaronPilot i Know. And that's the real problem 🤣🙈. Have fun
Capt. Val, I can feel my heart just racing away and I have a few tears in my eyes as you and few others I follow on KZread head to Oshkosh. I'm as excited for you because I know you'll be gathering with many old friends and surely some new ones. Thanks so much for bringing us along. Safe travels. Thanks for Sharing! 🙃🙂
Thank you Craig! It’s always a great time!
“Guinea Short Lines”, a lot of history there 💛
Always a pleasure, Capt. Val. Love your videos. You are a beautiful lady as I'm sure Eric will agree as all your other followers. Thank you for your video adventures as I have learned a lot from you, your professional care and safety.
Thank you Jerry 🥰 you’re always welcome aboard ✈️🤩
Wow! Thank you, would be a dream come true, indeed! When I am in Miami airport terminal, I am always searching the faces, hoping to see you and Erik walking about. Hadn't happened yet, but my thoughts and prayers always!
First time I went to sleep in the US, was in Dekalb, my officiating days! Have fun at Osh Baroness!
Awesome! Great people at the airport there. Thank you 🤩
You put down just a few miles east of me (in Dublin). Here in Warner Robins, all we have is an AFB, but KMCN is very close. Glad you have avoided the worst of the weather, of course I will be watching for Deuxième partie!
Always safety first. Part 2 will be released soon.
One of my favorite airwomen
Thank you 🥰 we are few out there. Glad you are following along 😊
Always the right decision to avoid weather. Never take chances you do not have to.
Never worth it to take chances in aviation.
Going to Dublin? Across the pond is a rather large diversion!!!!
Hey Capt Val. hope you and your family are doing well. thanks for taking us along and as always it’s professionalism at its finest with Capt. Val 👍
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed part 1🤩
Great Video!! Except I brought the ratings down 🙂 see you soon!
Thumbs up 👍 Captain Val.
cool Capt Val ! great ride look forward to more!
Valerie, my wife and I are so relieved to see you posting again. We loved your videos and we look forward to the other parts on your Oshkosh trip! Keep them coming!😅
Thank you! 😊
I live on the referenced golf course and during Sun ‘n Fun we get shook up by the Blue Angels performances. Great fun for all who fly in.
@@terry7340 you have a great view!!! 🤩
Hi Capt. Valerie! Great to see you and Eric (and 1879erLima, of course). Wonderful flight, I could watch the belly-cam view all day long, especially when you’re flying over the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean! Welcome home and thanks for taking me along 🤗
@@petertarantelli how are you? 😎 These views are absolutely amazing! Glad you enjoyed that belly cam ✈️Thank you for flying along!
@@SkylineBaronPilot always 😎
One assumes that you are close to sitting on cojones. 😊
Cuba is a fascinating country to visit. It has a unique health care system, and for all of Castro’s defects, early investment in public health, health, and education had a payoff within 15 years such that the health status profile of the country approached that of the US within 15 years. It was a landmark achievement.
Fun.
Another great vdeo and two awesome landings ! Nice one Valerie ! Greetings to you and Eric. This week I get to fly a new airplane - the Boeing 777-300ER (Oh God!) All the best from the UK - Lee
Hi Lee! So good to see you here again. Always happy to have you aboard ✈️ how’s the 777-300ER so far?
@@SkylineBaronPilot Valerie, the Jet is the most realistic aircraft ever simulated! We even have to do the walk around and check the tires & break pins for wear! The Electronic Flight Bag has a utility for us to carry out maintenance! I can fly the 777; Have done in the past on another Simulator but I need to study this because of the realism. I hope to get a video up one day !! You and Eric take care. Lee
@@TheVirtualAirlinePilot that’s sounds amazing! Keep in touch my friend! 🤩
@@SkylineBaronPilot Thanks Valerie. Love you videos and I value your kind friendship. All the best - Lee
Hello nice Video 🛩🛩🛩 cool
You are cutting out the good procedural stuff. Your content is suffering. Why not show the takeoffs? You start a video in the middle of a flight with no context? Come on guys!!!
@@Hossman757 I understand. This is a series and you watched part 4.
This is part 4.....go back and look at the channel.... You might want to delete your comment, lol
That was a hell of a gentle touchdown for that gusty a final!
Thank you! 😊 Patience is key right! I was pretty pleased with it too!
Capt. Val, that seemed like really busy flight which you handled with ease. I think the most relieving part was your safe landing on your grass airstrip. Welcome Home. Thank for Sharing!
Hello again @@craiggoodwin9704 Thanks for flying along 😎 you’re always welcome aboard ✈️
Our house was off your right wing. We are in the flight path of Miami Executive Airport.
Really cool! Nice view every day!! Are you on the final path of Runway 27?
@@SkylineBaronPilot 1/2 block north of the flight path.
That approach, landing and taxi looked challenging. I don’t think I have seen you concentrating so much. Well done Captain…..
Curious what is the material on your yoke?
It’s leather. I forgot which brand. Happy we could match the color of the interior with it. 😎
@SkylineBaronPilot Thanks for the reply. I'm just a sim pilot. Dad had just under 17000 hours. I just received multi engine throttles and started fly the Baron sim on MSFS 2020. LOVE YOUR CONTENT.
@@mrsaskriders Thank you!! 🙏 All the best ✈️🤩
I love a happy ending! And I love to go along on your travels, thank you!
@@granddad-mv5ef thanks for flying along with us! 🤩✈️

Nice flight, thanks Baroness!
Very nice landing Capt. Val in adverse conditions. Regards from UK.
Thanks for sharing your experience through customs and leaving your camera on. Going to and from your home is always welcome to see.
