Almost a month since my surgery. Left side had swelling from blood/liquid and was starting to hurt as well as grow larger. Went a few days ago to get it drained. Pain's gone away and it's looking great! Coming back to all your videos as a guide through my own recovery. Watched your 6 years later video and glad to see everything's looking great for you! 💪Taking it easy but I'll be hitting the gym again soon.

I'm pretty lean overall...about 11-12% body fat good abs decent muscle definition but my chest really lacks I have lots of muscle on my chest but also fat...I'm realizing that some people carry fat in different places and my chest is just my bad spot and I don't have gyno this could be the case for alot of people...the leaner I get the more I notice the issue going away and aiming to get to 7-8% before the end of June which will be pretty easy for me
So the vivid dreams you have had is to do with not smoking weed. When you don't get natural sleep (sleeping while high is not natural sleep) you brain doesnt sleep. So when you dont smoke weed and sleep you have vivid dreams because your brain is catching up on the sleep its been missing.
