I regret getting version 1 over the version 2 just because of the starlight keyblade. I just don't like the big a$$ shooting star keyblade. Ended up borrowing xion's kingdom key for some photos. 😢 Also, version 2 bring arts KH figures have better wrist joints that don't break. The wrists on my version 1 sora broke off when trying to change hands. So yeah, anything except version 1 is better.

Was this really released on home consoles...it looks more at home on Mac/Windows PC's ; anyhow I am glad to see older gamers still playing video games (lately I have been feeling too old for video games/cellphone apps...I turned 40 in October) ?!
Life was extremely rough on the high seas and not many people lived past the 20's or 40's.
"Wipeout Fusion" is the famous futuristic racer...but I found "Powerdrome" on the PS2 far more fun. Check it out. Thanks for the video!

Stumbled upon this game a couple of days ago. Not bad. I find it interesting and somewhat funny. It has a certain goofiness to it, but not in a bad way.

Have you tried pressing the button on the dongle. It might be a connection problem or something like the batteries. I had to change mine some time ago and I press the dongle and it connected right away. If it still not working it might just be that worn out. Hope this helps.

They are the first ones you get for the Onion but later you can find onions for the rock, flying, and ice pikmin later on.

Cool little review, I had this game for a year now but I feel like it gets left in the dust due to platform exclusivity and the fact that elden ring came out not that much past this one But this is the game that made me want to get a PS5 in the first place, it was the only from soft soulsborne game I hadn't played And it's pretty damn cool, it definitely shows its age and design in certain areas despite quality of life improvements, but it's cool to see where this whole thing started Plus as somebody who has played all of the other ones it was nice coming into this one feeling like it was a bit easier and not wondering if I was ever going to beat the damn game lol

Soul reaver 2 is a direct sequel to Soul Reaver 1, continuing on straight after the first game ends on a cliffhanger. There is a lot of plot and story making no sense or is very hard to get your head wrapped around without having played the first game. Soul Reaver 1 is a kinda sequel to Blood Omen 1 ( the original Legacy of Kain) But it happens 1000s of years later and introduce a new protagonist. So it is more of a referance to events from the first game but with a new story. It use the already established world and characters from Blood Omen to tell a new story that also works as a sequel. Blood omen 2 is really more of a spin off which tells an "alternate timeline" version of what happened after the original Blood Omen, based on changes being made to the timeline in Soul Reaver 2, which negates Soul Reaver 1 (I think:P). There are multiple timelines, outcomes and time paradoxes in the legacy of Kain universe. But Blood Omen 2's story doesen't really go anywhere or effect the other games story. But it is foreshadowing of things to come in the last game (Legacy of Kain: Defiance) in what I will call the "red thread", or canon timeline for simplicitys sake. For every action there is an alternate story or "timeline/universe" where a different action is taken. But in the end the same events are bound to unfold in one way or another, be it 1000 years earlier or later than in a different timeline. It all makes sense once playing trough the games:P
Does this also work on the PS2 slim? I already know it won't fit with a memory card on an original PlayStation, is this also a problem on the slim PS2?
Yes, it lifts the front of the system by a centimeter but does work with the slim.

I could not disagree more with your thoughts on the pins. I’m currently replaying through the original and while I’m discovering all kinds of new tech, the pin balancing is kind of a mess. For example, take these three Teleport pins for example: First Gear, Top Gear, and Leo. First Gear mogs the shit out of Top Gear, having 15 uses as opposed to just Top’s Gear 10 and they both share a reboot time of 3 seconds. Both are also C class which means that they can also be equipped up to three times in the same deck so they both mog the shit out of Leo, a Reaper pin that only has 7 uses and a reboot time of 4 seconds. This isn’t the only example either, like the Grizzly Street Jam pin that X’s out after one use or how Pamper Me Tether gets mogged in both reboot and uses compared to Sweet Talk Tether and it’s an alternative evolution path for Shutdown so it doesn’t even have its own use of having higher power like Kanesada. And this on top of the fact that you can already get Sweet Talk Tether from Melodi Corehog on Easy. That’s not even getting into how a lot of the JoTM Shockwave line is just the same pin with an additional or less combo string, the chain pins just having only one real upgrade, Mus Rattus having pins of the same Psych that are outclassed by other brands, pins getting x’d out after one use, making them useless in chain battles, useless Psychs such as Earthquake, Freeze, Rock Bind, etc, pins being clones of the others and being made worse for no real reason (Tin Pin Ifrit is outclassed both in uses AND power by the two other Time Bomb pins before it, and more. In NEO’s case, I found the pin system to be much more balanced across the board and the subtle variations between them was pretty welcome, with far more pins with unique uses and mechanics attached to them (collision mechanics from knockback pins, Time Bombs setting each other off when they’re in range of one another, certain Shockwave pins having psuedo finishers to make enemies flinch beforehand as well as different combo strings, Omokage having two goddamn Beatdrop conditions depending on your setup, Patrol Round pins being able to be influenced by lock-on to catch multiple enemies at once, Assassin Strike also using lock-on to be able to catch multiple enemies, Massive Hit pins causing enemies to ricochet off of one another), that can lead to unique combat routes and scenarios. By contrast, the original had far too many worthless psychs and pins for its own good and too many copies of one another. As for your complaints on Time Bombs, to use them effectively on enemies, you can just launch them, knock ‘em down, wallsplat them, bind them with Black Hole/Snare Trap, use status effects, use the Gravity or Time Mashup, set them within range so that they go off consecutively, etc. Really, you have a lot of options.
