Hello and good morning! I would like to speak with Suresh about some issues with the poor care my partner received at Winship, specifically about Azeem Kaka and also a nurse practitioner named Layla. Please reach out to me post haste.

Looking forward to working with Dr. Jones on my healing journey. She took the time to explain my treatment plan as well as what my diagnosis meant. I’m grateful to be a patient at Emory Winship.

I consider myself lucky to have Dr. Jacobson as my oncologist since 2019, she’s tremendous and really knows how to convey these complex topics to non-medically trained patients.

Had surgery on 2/28/2024 to remove a 2.8cm tumor on left testicle. Pathology results revealed stage 1A pure seminoma, non-spreading outside and contained within the testicle. It's been removed and I'm recovering from surgery. Doctor said now I have to be monitored for the next 5 years with blood tests, x rays and CT scans, as per cancer protocol. Doctor is very confident that the surgery took care of it and I can live a normal life. She said the return rate is approx 5% but she feels highly unlikely. She said in the unlikely event that it does return, it can be treated with chemo & radiation. Still, she feels very confident the surgery took care of it all. She said it would have been a completely different story if I would have delayed by like a year or two. No one wants to hear "cancer"...NO ONE. Been a wreck the last two weeks because I have a wife and 5 month old twin babies. All I pray for is to live long enough to see my children grow into adults and for the gift to be able to be a grandfather one day.

The first time I had tongue cancer was also right after I had my son back in 1992. At that time I only needed a partial glossectomy, the following year a radical neck dissection. In 2020 the cancer came back and that’s when I got my flap from my forearm. It’s amazing what can be done!

Today, my dad passed away from tongue cancer. His drs said it was an incredibly aggressive cancer. He was diagnosed exactly a year ago. He also went to the dentist when he noticed a spot on guns tongue, but the dentist said maybe you just bite yourself too much. I really wish that dr had not given that answer, maybe my dad would still be here today. Rip papi, we all miss you so much already.

I'm Sneha!!! I'm an American young lady with brown hair. I was born in Pittsburgh, PA, my birthday is 8/2/1994 and I'm 5'6" tall. Then moved to the Northern Virginia area in my whole entire life. A long time ago I went to Fairfax County Public Schools as usual. 10 years ago today, I went to college to VCU for prepping my majors in Elementary Education and Psychology from 2013-2017! It was only an undergraduate program where I wished to study there. Then in Summer 2015, I studied at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD and had earned my Certificate in Communications Class, in case if I were to have the opportunity to teach individuals any foreign languages. Cause, of the dream job I've had before when I was a kid at the age of 6 back in kindergarten. To be honest! In a meantime, I volunteered at an FCPS setting in 2011 where I practiced helping the students with behavior restrictions and also helped them participate in a Wendy's Fundraiser in May 2013. And then in 2019, I began working from home as a Product Creator by selling any product through the FB Marketplace Online until I eventually get a job as an Assistant Kindergarten Teacher at a Public Schools setting. Even after years of college and workplace, a couple months ago today itself I finally got accepted into a Summer Program in May 2023 for the College Masters Certificate in Early Childhood Development, the Education and Public Service Area at a Loudoun NOVA area!!! Hope you're doing well!! My legal lifestory combination name since 1994 = RachelSneha My first name pronunciation as Snai-Ha = Sneha My nickname pronunciation as Senny = Seni

I'm watching you from Thailand. My mom has a tongue cancer. But the doctor just gave her a 5 times chemo therapy. And 33 Rediotion. She's finished for all process therapy since December 21, 2022. Now I am waiting to see and meet doctor every 3 month. She is really suffering and of course painful. As a son I suppose my mom every single way as I could make my mom happier. At least less-painful.

They have not done any skin grafts yet for his tounge. But he losing so much weight. He hates having to eat soup. But I just wanted ideas that don't catse burning to the tounge, also in the begging dishes can you say hour much pain relief you were on? Catse they only have him taking 7.5 hydro for this and 50mg fetnayl patch that's changed every 3 days. He takes 2 pills at times and it still don't really take the pain down.

😃" YEAH BABY!.... OSF Healthcare's St. Francis Medical Center just received one for it's state-of-the-art Cancer Institute, in my (Peoria, IL) hometown. It will be available for use, during 2024. Our entire region is so excited. Why? Soon, there won't be the need more referrals and long commutes to much larger metros for advanced Cancer Treatment. Nothing like having the best care right ' in your own backyard ' . "
