  The point of the basket is to hold fuel at low gas. All that gas will escape from the basket through the filter. Honestly the best way to fix this issue is through ams lpfp basket kit. Or did you use the walbro 525 sock filter?

  I used the 525 sock filter as well it wasn’t good enough and sure if you have the money to spend on that basket good idea but this works just fine tested now for over a month and isn’t an issue anymore

  From my experience with my car everything’s cool! Gen 1 meaning 2016 and 2017 yes they are iffy I had one as well, 2018 and up is great

  Both of them are good I just went with ams because they have been in the game longer and and did a v2 update (even tho they sent me a faulty line could of been reallly bad) they also helped me out with pricing

  So yes and no. It does but it does hit the transmission bracket on the passenger side. What platinum did was he used a hammer on the transmission bracket to make it fit without hitting it. (They just hit against eachother and make a weird noise) but someone else mentioned it fit great and they have no issues

  I have the 2018 and this pulley was released for the new Z’s 2023 but direct fit for the Q’s ofcourse!
