In a nutshell, a lot of it is adding upper extension, 7ths, 9ths, 11ths, and or 13ths to the chords!

How do you midi map clip gain? Just got my nob yesterday, like the videos, keep them coming 👍🏼👍🏼
@dandanmusicstudio9 ай бұрын
Congratulations! The nob is like a midi controller. You have to setup Ableton to receive midi messages from it, from their press command M, click on clip gain, then move the nob to map it. For me whenever I'm sending midi CC 21, it's mapped to clip gain. Hope this helps!

Here I Am, Lord I, the Lord of sea and sky, I have heard my people cry. All who dwell in dark and sin My hand will save. I who made the stars of night, I will make their darkness bright. Who will bear my light to them? Whom shall I send? Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your people in my heart. I, the Lord of snow and rain, I have borne my people's pain. I have wept for love of them. They turn away. I will break their hearts of stone, Give them hearts for love alone. I will speak my word to them. Whom shall I send? Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your people in my heart. I, the Lord of wind and flame, I will tend the poor and lame. I will set a feast for them. My hand will save. Finest bread I will provide Till their hearts be satisfied. I will give my life to them. Whom shall I send? Here I am, Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard you calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if you lead me. I will hold your people in my heart.

Hey dude! Nice Video, ordered my nob controler right away 😁 One question: If you map those controlls on Streamdeck do you have to bind a key independendly for every audio/miditrack or does it work global? e.g. If your are on Track 3 and you hit modulation on elgato, you get to modulation on track 3, if you on track 4 if you hit modulation on elgato - do you get on modulation 3 or modulation 4?
@dandanmusicstudio2 жыл бұрын
It works globally, basically sending midi messages on whatever armed recorded track you have selected! Hope this answers your question!
