Amazing home the issue is it's in Detroit
I used to deliver heating oil to that house. Went in to restart the furnace after it ran out or had problems a few times, nice to see it restored.
I see Detroit through better more appreciative eye.. Thank you Terrell Davis❤️❤️❤️ Rest in Heaven My Love..❤️❤️❤️❤️
Bad tour
It’s an incredible house with an incredible past, unfortunately, I believe the more recent past is extremely sad. I wonder if it is sold yet , it’s an absolutely magnificent property and the price is really quite amazing considering the craftsmanship and the quality and the condition.
Stunning home❤
Beautiful.
So beautiful and tastefully done, chest exquisite. 💜 peace and love
Native Detroiter here. It was always understood that these large and magnificent homes in the Boston-Edison area are beasts to heat, so combine that with the incredible updating and landscaping on view here, wow! Whoever did the maintenance and re modeling should get some kind of award. So impressive!
❤ BEAUTIFUL
Very nice ❤
❤ love it ❤
Whoever decorated that house did an amazing job. It was just beautiful...
Very tastefully done. And the furnishings are in keeping with such a historic house.

My God. I’ve been in that home for a Christmas party in 2000.

The craftmanship in these Detroit homes is incredible, even in the lowest priced neighborhoods youll find this level of detail and work.
Live where a doctor was MURDERED! 👍🏻

Even original homes left standing in Grosse Pointe don't have interiors this detailed.
Ohhhhhhhh YES, they do. You're woefully ignorant about Grosse Pointe historic homes & mansions.
The original owner had a business on Livernois Ave. In those days Livernois was known as the Avenue of Fashion.
Magnificent. A piece of Heaven on Earth. Mr. Siegel must have been a man of exquisite taste.
Love ❤❤❤ the balcony, ❤❤ that it has a gas oven and stove top. Only if !!!! I'd be making arrangements like right nowwwwww😊😊😊😊
This trump’s ANYTHING in Morgan Estate’s ! This was built when CRAFTSMANSHIP was a TOP PRIORITY !
Facts, and the home last
Don't show too many nice parts of detroit, because everyone will want to show up then! Let them have their stereotypes!
Very Beautiful ❤❤❤
Know it well 😮
My cousin lived in Palmer woods while I was in college. He was taking care of his great grandfather’s house. It was 69 to 72 that I spent time there.
That sure looks like the home the parents of my friend in Ann Arbor, Eric Hoffman owned. But I think they actually lived in Sherwood Forest, but house very similar looking. Eric's father was a Psychiatrist.
I would love to find a jome like this that requires a bit of tlc. Living on Higgins Lake leaves me desiring a property in the Detroit area.
Pretty view of the city!
Lovely!
Still love this house. I have the video of this house saved from 5 yrs ago. I have to say what this house looks like now from 5yrs ago is not much difference. New paint? Yes but not much. Stove/oven was moved, an island and draws were added, breakfast bar removed, heater in kitchen removed, Sun room looks better with out the green rug. Why but why did they kill everything in the back yard????😢😮 the past back yard was beautiful but now it's depressing 😢 looking at it.
What a gorgeous home....I remember these beautiful stately homes when I was growing up in D.
Nice home!
How much are you asking?
$200,000
ABSOLUTELY LOVELY…. Could use a kitchen update ~ 42” cabinets please !
Yikes better looking from the OUTSIDE ~ Bring that CHECK BOOK with PLENTY of digits for that interior !
Lovely ~
Detroit used to be like this all over.
It can get back that way!
😢
My favorite place- when I was a kiddo. It’s amazing how they restored it. ❤
This nearby house was owned by friends of my parents in 1970's. I remember playing in it with their only son. Nice digs for three people and a dog! A Beautiful restoration here. Well done
I grew up Sherwood Forest in the 70’s too. Loved that place.
