Move = Through yoga asana practice we move the body
the Mind = A magnificent tool that, most times, separates us from what lies underneath. We attempt to entertain its needs (busy lifestyle, running, stressing) and neglect natural cues in the body.
Flow = Returning to our organic nature and addressing the 'inner world'. Taking a step back from charging the phone and re-charging ourselves.
Your breath = Taking ownership of the transformation and responsibility for Your inner work. Breath unlocks the positive aspects of the mind. The aim is to calm down the monkey mind.

Wrist and knees are the more sensitive for me, as they are demanded on every single class…
In class and in life.. I find that a quick warm up before a practice goes a long way. I start every class with 2 mins of wrist warm ups 🙏

You begin with saying put the salt on and leave it for 24H, then you just put it down on the floor, put salt on it and then wash it away. It's a glitch in the matrix. You didn't demo what you initially said. So is it 24H with salt, flat on the floor, dry ? or something else?
Hi there, apologies for any confusion in the Matrix. I wish Neo was here to sort things out :D As for the sequence it's: - Scrub with salt - Let it rest for 24H - Wash with a damp cloth

You welcome! I would assume the wet cloth can still aid in the scrubbing process. But I don't see the vacuum as a deal breaker. Give it a try 👍

It feels so great and when I get more clarity from some well versed Yogi like you that make me joyful. I practice daily five pranayam and kapalbhati kriya in the morning for one hour. I feel so fulfilled I just can’t describe this in words 🥰🙏🏻.
