This talk was inspiring, but I wonder about the closing story about staying until 4:30am to perfect a proposal. That borrows from the future in the sense that you pay for it in terms of health. How do you avoid burnout and the resulting end to success?

All the little lies that the medical establishment has told us along with the psychiatric establishment I mean they’re all in one accord that so many things are unchangeable or that it’s kind of just all in your head… Such as it’s only your mental illness that is causing the state of your body and mind…. or your physical state is chronic… and neither one of those things are true. Were never true. What we think and what we believe is given to us pass down past around and it does so much harm it has done so much harm and so yes the narrative coming at us needs to change for our internal narrative to change as well.

this is insanely awesome - have done the exercise to meditation routine for 2 days now and am loving it already - really a wonderful habit. My morning routine is super simple - is getup - journal my first task - check it off this builds an awesome habit then write the next 5 min plus task - shave, read 5 to 10 pages, weigh myself - this is a little bit of progress that dominoes out to the rest of the day.
