  with respect sir, i think this one is the worst device. i bought 7 pieces of it and not working perfectly , within the month of 3 month all devices just collapsed. if you cant solve the problem with in time stop selling these rubbish devices.

  May I ask if this is the only acceptable version of Windows build or its available on all Windows OS. Im using Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19042 Build 19042 and my R1 pro cannot detect the USB printer. Its always Offline.
