Never fry soy sauce or it will taste burnt. Soy sauce always goes in last!
You should really learn to use a wok so that you’re not having to turn individual pieces, plus you don’t want to add pieces to the pan one at a time or you will end up burning the first ones while the last ones will be undercooked. Sauce pans are not for making stir fry.
Sharpen your knife regularly so you’re not sawing soft things like aubergines

That black button on the bottom of the base is VERY IMPORTANT. It’s what messes up the battery and make the product DEFUNCT. They should tell us if the button should be depressed down to charge or not. Via Amazon none of the two I bought lasted and I guess everyone was having the same problem so they tried to say what position the button should be in for charging and for running the blender but it was not clear. Up for charging and down for blending or the reverse ??????? They ended up sending me a lot of their inventory 20 blenders which I did not expect because they wanted to offload their non-working product. They said people were not remembering what position the black button should be and it ruins the motor. I don’t remember either because it certainly did said it in the MANUAL????? You see SHE couldn’t even tell you what position the button should be in. So now I have a bunch of useless blenders that will eventually be non-functional, so vexed, I only wanted my money back for the two I bought. Don’t know why they couldn’t give better instructions in the manual or most of all make a better motor. Now the company is DEFUNCT like their product.
