I disagree with this video. The judge and district do not go into that micro detail on condition comparison. You are constrained on time to argue. You are just wasting your time by listing out all your property defects. The value from the district is set in stone, and their comparables are inflated by a "time sales adjustment" - NOT on the actual sales price. How in the world can you are argue that? Your only chance of winning a protest is not based on facts, but based on the subjective mood of the judge and committee.

Hi, I did a refi in Nov. and I just (in June) got a statement for my lender saying there is a shortage of over 6k not due to tax or insurance but due to miscalculation on the part of my loan officer. Do I have any recourses and who is at fault?

@@ashvinsingh4843 wow intresting, I just do not understand how people buy houses just to rent it and they say the make money, at me they have to pay taxes, pay the mortage and have to fix the house that they going to rent. How this people make money? They never pay the house that they rent huh?
@@mejhon6592 they save on taxes because of the depreciation….but that is front loaded for about the first 7-10 years….if the rental market is weak, they start loosing money…..insurance and taxes can get your ROI to turn negative
