NoahClark

My goal is to help men lose fat, get healthier, and become stronger spiritually, physically, and mentally. I believe the fitness industry is too focused on looks, objectifying people and bodies, it's largely sexual, and fitness and our bodies easily become idols with that view. I want to give you fitness through a Biblical lens. Honoring Christ with our bodies.

You can expect tips, advice, and information, as well as a look into my life as I strive to follow Christ.

I'm here to help you and encourage you on your journey. We are created on purpose for purpose!

Any questions? Let me know!

- Noah

    Hey man, I’m 6’2 210lbs with gear. I’m have a 250f for track but want a fun 2t ripper for mainly trails(woods and some climbs) but also be able to track it too. I’m a pretty decent C class rider. Should I go 125x or 250x?

    My body always wants to lean toward being overweight. I have to work pretty hard to keep it in check. I tried doing the excessive cardio 5 days a week thing, on top of all these crazy diets (carnivore, keto, blah blah blah. I just turned 39 and after all these years, I discovered the best solution for people like me. Eat clean, whole Foods at a calorie deficit (very little processed sugar and starch), eat plenty of fruits and vegetables (for organ health), and do functional strength training (sprinkling in some sort of explosive body weight workout once or twice a week). I go to the gym every morning, Monday - Friday, at 5:30am before my wife and kids wake up. I have a better muscle base than ever and it’s making everything else in life so much easier. Functional strength training has changed my life for the better.

I’m glad to see you back- still to this day, that crash video where you took a tree limb to the face is one of the gnarliest I’ve ever seen. But cmon, you can’t totally give up dirt bikes, it’s just too much fun.

    First please pardon my arrogance but here's my current situation. I'm in my mid forties. 5'10 and around 200ish pounds. I've been riding a 07 CBR600RR for the past 4 years. I understand clutch and throttle control but haven't ridden dirt bikes since I was a teenager. I'm finding myself getting bored with riding streets and having friends who trail ride, I find myself wanting a dirt bike. Is the YZ250X a good idea for me? I don't do wheelies and haven't even really practiced riding wheelies. Just don't want a bike that is going to be intimidating. What are your thoughts?

  • @NoahClarkFitness
    @NoahClarkFitness2 ай бұрын

    Hey man! Yeah I don’t think either way would be too bad. Seems like you could have fun with either. The 250 may help you just to be a little more forgiving where the 125 will make you have good technique, clutch control, and make you carry your speed (not that you can’t already do those things, you will just improve because the 125 doesn’t have the power to make up for any mistakes). Hope that helps!
