Just a suggestion, but people would feel much more comfortable with the product if you didn't question yourself while your doing it. I've watched two videos and both of them you comment about how the first doesn't come out right. Why not wait until the stone has completely come to temp? People want something that works right every time, not something that never gets it right the first time.

What the fuck did he say about "bargain pizza"? A proper brick oven in your backyard starts at about $1,000US if you do all the work yourself, getting one put in professionally can cost up to $5,000. The fellow you're lashing out at, like me and many other amateur pizza chefs, is excited at the prospect of having a proper high heat pizza oven for 1/10 the cost of one. Now stfu.

Hi, The Smokey Mountain is not the best to use with the KettlePizza becuase it has so much more air volume to heat up. Smoke Mountains are made for the "Low and Slow" cooking method. The KettlePizza really works best with the kettle grills.

charcoal burns hotter than wood. to get it hotter than 500 you just need to let the charcoal get more air.
