Bro- I’m getting all four of mine out in four days and Iv been pretty nervous. This is gonna be the first time I’m gonna have any type of “Surgery” . I’m scared I’m gonna spill all my secrets 😭

I am a little bit scared my son is 16 and in a few months the oral surgeon will remove the 4 of them under anesthesia. I had 2 removed at once, I know that everything will be fine but I am worried 😢

It was worse when they removed 3 wisdom teeth, then they put laughing gas and needles shots. It did hurt, but it was lighter in terms of pain. My eyes cry, showing it hurts. Thats my experience right now

Getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow at 9AM! Was crazy anxious but I watched some people who got theirs done, and tbh it doesn’t seem that bad anymore. Everyone says they wake up basically painless and it felt like it only took 2 minutes, even my mom says that. Still nervous though, and I have a headache so, not sure if I’ll sleep much 😢. Hopefully I’ll remember to keep y’all updated! Wish me luck, I have been dreading this moment for yearssss!

Yeah I got it over with 🎉 Here’s what happened. I was literally terrified the entire way over to the surgery place. I went to the bathroom when I got there to breathe and panic text my friend and then I was called. At that point I was trembling in fear. I got an x-ray scan, and then went to this surgery room, laid down, and had a blanket laid on me so I wouldn’t be cold. They asked if I wanted the breathing gas or the IV, and cause I’ve always done laughing gas since I was a kid I did the breathing gas, and oh goodness gracious, I hated it. It feels hard to breathe and breathing it makes you feel really weird and dizzy and lightheaded and like you’re breathing some deadly chemical. I wanted to beg and plead them to stop but by that point I couldn’t move and I realized it was too late and I just had to suffer. I have extreme emetophobia to the point that I had to do to therapy before, so it was absolutely terrifying for me. I have not thrown up YET, and I have been a little nauseous but ok so far. My brain just feels like it died with that gas, and it’s really hard to remember much of what happened. I was fully aware when I woke up and wasn’t all weird so yay 👍 But my suggestion is get the IV because that was the worst experience of my life. Although the IV may be just like it, I have no idea.

In a few days I have to get 6 wisdom teeth removed. (And yeah 6 is possible). I’m really nervous about the surgery but more nervous about what it’s gonna be like afterwards. I’m not good at handling pain so… this is very scary for me. I also hate needles and all that going into my arms I feel like that hurts. So uh… yes very scary for me. I’m also not good at swallowing pills and all of that. I always feel like I’m going to choke. I have no idea how I’m gonna make it 😭

SCAD provides numerous opportunities and resources. However, they won't handhold you. It's entirely up to YOU to attend events, participate in workshops, and go above and beyond to better your craft.

Hello Anna! I have a question, I've heard that in SCAD you can just go and Sint in any class that you haven't even signed up for or is not related to your Major at all, but you can just go and sit in the class and the professors are also cool with that. So is that true? Like it would be incredible to study everything at one place for example, you're in a fashion design major and still can go and attend any business or marketing or photography class...

One of the things that interested me in Scad was their animation classes and I have been looking into making a portfolio in hopes of getting a scholarship, so seeing these kind of videos help with figuring out what I could add into my portfolio. I’ve made a lot of character art but I have a tad bit of experience animating as well as doing some art from just referencing off of real life, but that last one was done years ago.

I was super nervous af for the sedation cuz I’ve never done it before, yet when it finally happened, that shit was fucking awesome, literally it’s like u teleport from one moment to the next, it’s wicked 😹 u feel nothing u don’t know wat happened and suddenly ur walking down to recovery, the closest comparison I can make is like a scene change in a show where it changes from one scene to the next and that’s just it
