Thanks Frank, keep an eye on Well Point for us! We would like to buy another house there.
Will do!
lot of new home builds there also. our countryside out here is disappearing in Central Texas.
I can only imagine and not surprised.. thanks for watching
@retiringtothevillagesflori197 yes like you all in Florida ppl moving in, from places West of Arizona
Definitely silly names. Naming after realtors with loooong names is ridiculous wouldn’t live in a named street like that. No lanai’s🫣🫣🫣
Frank, thanks for the videos, we will be down in December, January and February and will definitely checkout the most southern end.
Sounds great!
Those models where you don't have access to one side of your own home kind of irks me.
I can understand that..
Hi Frank, thanks for the videos! My husband and I are coming down July 14th-18th.....can't get a lifestyle visit, so deciding if we want to rent a home for a few nights or a hotel.
Best of luck! There is always Brownwood Hotel, a bit pricey but it is very nice. Thanks for watching
@@retiringtothevillagesflori197 Another possible option would be The Waterfront Inn at Lake Sumter.
Looking nice
Thanks
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Looking good Frank, green thumb!!
Thanks 👍
Thanks for this tour 😊 Very comfortable outdoor set up
Thanks for watching!
Outstanding job!
Thank you very much
Frank it looks fantastic!! You definitely have a green thumb.
Thanks 👍
Your grass looks great!
Thank you!
When I had the itch to move into one of the Villages, I was ok, this is a typical layout, saw smaller, saw larger. The price was well over what I could get here in NY. The Land you own or dont own, keep the car or just get a golf cart, pay for all those activities, or pickleball (never heard of it before) and get to know your neighbors, can be a very clique. For the price, I wasnt ready, the heat either. One Documentary has one of the Villages you never have to leave! Food stores, and boutiques in a very charming setting. Plus the house had its own pool and lots of charm. Lots of women, fewer men and ages were in the 60's to the 80's. Its a lifestyle. So many people live in these very expensive basic homes because its all about the ameniites and socialization. I prefer not to have my neighbors on top of me and have schedules like in Camp. I saw a not so Tiny Home at 1,450 sq ft, (not so tiny), modern, a few steps to a 2nd floor, and would never feel cramped. Not inexpensive, but part of a Community where each house was different and no golf carts allowed. When I retire, I hope I still have enough money to afford these large Smart Homes coming over from China.
Well hopefully China wont be allowed to do that Lol…thanks for watching!
Nice vid, nice home. Especially like the enhanced landscaping.
Thanks 👍
We went on a lifestyle visit in a cv that had same floor plan. I loved it. They didn’t call it a Newport model though. They are always changing the names. It’s a beautiful home. Love the expanded lanai
Thanks for sharing! And you are right they always change the names for some reason and they try different little things and give it another name as well. Just seems inconsistent to me but that’s what they do. Hope you enjoyed your lifestyle visit.
I wish TV would get it's act together on the model series names and the associated characteristics. Traditional CYVs north of 466A seem to be around 1300SF. However south of 466A they seem to range more around 1600SF but there are some in the 1800SF range. The Veranda series are also in the 1600-2000SF range. Then there were the Bungalows (around 1600SF) temporarily that have since been merged into the CYV series and those are north of 466A. As far as I can tell they all have fenced in lots.
I really like the layout of that model! I never seen the Newport before, thanks for showing it!
Thanks for watching!
Somebody is gonna break a hip
Thanks for watching
This Newport model has a different kitchen than the archived Newport model. That one did not have a walk in panty next to the laundry room. This one is an excellent floor plan. 🎉congratulations to your friends. Welcome!
Thanks for watching, they are very excited.
Nice sized kitchen! Lovely home did I miss where washer and dryer go?
Right off the kitchen. It had a laundry room AND a walk in pantry!!
The Joe Biden dancers club ❤❤❤❤
Vocals overpowered which is good actually as vocalist is flat, almost tone deaf
So we are new to Hawkins and don't know our way around at all and the vlg map took us all the way up to water lilly bridge to come back down. I could had walked to magnolia plaza faster. When did that bridge open?
Yes, it will basically do that, so if you use the Villages map, make sure you put it on bicycle path and not on car but from Hawkins, you would go over towards Sawgrass, and you would go west on Bexley Trail or South whatever you want to say it is and you will go over the southern Oaks Bridge that goes over the turnpike. That bridge goes over to all the new areas where Eastport is going to be built. So if you are on your golf cart and you are going on Bexley Trail, you would go on the roundabout to get onto McNeil Trail. You could go west all the way down to marsh bend Trail and turn right to go to Magnolia Plaza. Or you could also turn right onto Corbin Trail from off of MCNEILL and go through the village of monarch and the village of Linden and end up to Magnolia Plaza. The water lily bridge has been open up for a good while now and that southern oaks bridge was recently open in the recent months. And I’m in Bradford so when Susan and I golf cart over to Magnolia Plaza going over the southern oaks bridge and going over as I had described, it takes about 20 minutes..
Good video Frank, thanks for the information. Jim
Glad it was helpful!
Great information Frank. You have a beautiful lawn and yard. You can see your pride of ownership 😊
Thanks 👍
You can change the riser height from 4" to 6" on your sprinkler heads, then you can keep the height of the lawn higher. That's what we did. Thanks for all the information.
Yea i just found that out yesterday!! Thanks !
You have a good-looking property, Frank. Thanks for the information.
Thank you kindly
Brown spots...Now, thinking I got grubs... Great info...Subbed, and always a thumbs up!
Thanks for the sub! Please be aware of Sod worms as well..
Nice looking grass!! Thanks for the video Frank.

Thanks Frank, great information. You’ll know who watched when you’re driving around TV and see the beautiful lawns.
You got that right! Lol
Another great vlog 🎉..thank you ...the villages always looks like a wonderful place to enjoy retirement ..hello to your lovely wife ❤from a Indiana girl living on the Virginia Tennessee line
Well hello to you as well! Thanks for the kinds words.
Another glorious video Frank. Sign sign everywhere a sign! Rules keep the honest people honest I really wish they had a key card system at these neighborhood pools
Yes, me too
How long does it take in a cart to get to Moultrie Creek from Bradford?
About 20 minutes roughly
Nice job, Frank. The houses in Moultrie Creek look awesome. They don't look as good online but seeing them on your video gives me hope. See you in a few days.
Glad you like them!
Frank, thanks for the videos, hopefully we will be visiting St.Catherine in the winter and will definitely have to check the new area out.
I definitely would too, thanks for watching
Frank, thanks for the tour of the new rec center. It’s interesting how ruled are always for the “other people” lol. Those Designer homes were beautiful. Another fantastic video.
Thanks for watching!
Frank, this family pool, looks smaller than the pools in the older villages.
It very well could be, I’m really not sure About the actual size
Good video Frank. Just my 2 cent. I enjoy your narration when riding around in the golf cart. I don't care for too much music. When you narrate your personality comes out. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for the feedback, trying to please a variety of folks, thanks for watching
Nice ride! Which village did you start from?
Bradford!
Thanks for the great video, and thank you for rocking with us!!!!
You bet!
I just had to share….thanks to your post, the realtor made sure I had enough footage to add a Bird Cage onto my existing Haven model in Moultrie Creek before purchasing. Just closed May 20, Rodney Ratcliff came out from All Around Aluminum, they will start building n August…stay tuned.
That is awesome! Thanks for sharing that! 👍
Frank, how long does it take to get to Brownwood in a cart?
From Bradford, it usually takes me around 23 to 25 minutes
That looks fantastic. I love your home. The Haven is the perfect floor plan. I’m here on the jersey shore planning my exit and cannot wait to get down there. Thank you Susan and Frank for sharing your home.
Sounds great!
Great video Frank, good info. 👍 Question: If I want to go to Middleton from Sawgrass Grove; do I turn right on Central Parkway ?
Yes you do
Thank you
I assume the vid was sped up. How long from Sawgrass to Magnolia?
The video was not sped up, it took us about 22 minutes
@@retiringtothevillagesflori197 Cool Thanks! Looks like you crossed Megisson at about the 9 minute mark to head over to the Bexley Bridge. So from there to Magnolia, about 13 minutes. That is very good. We are in Lake Denham (part time so can't check it out until next month). Thinking this cuts some time off our trip to Magnolia. We are 10 minutes to Sawgrass, so total should be 23 minutes.
Great ride Frank, thanks for talking us along.
Glad you enjoyed it
Happy Anniversary❤ That’s a beautiful place to celebrate. One of my favorite beaches. Florida is so amazing.
We agree ! Thanks for watching!
Your videos jump around too much, stay on point.
My channel does a variety
Hi Frank I’m new to the channel. Thank you for sharing. I’m planning on heading down in the next year. What model are you in? It looks beautiful, perfect size. It looks so beautiful there.
We have a Haven! Thanks for watching!
